“I live in west Texas and have family here so every time I come into town I gotta swing by one of the locations. As you can imagine living in the desert and being a work truck my truck gets pretty dirty. Went by today and got a wash and was vacuuming my truck out when what I presume was a manager came by and started to hand dry the back of my truck. I went to tell him I wasn’t worried bout it that it’s a work truck and he showed the little bit of dirt left on the tailgate saying it wasn’t up to his standard of clean and wanted me to go back through. (It wasn’t bad at all) I explained it was a work truck and it will get dirty again and he radio the the gate person that I will be going back through and to give me the best wash. I said he didn’t have to but he once again insisted.
Thank you Big league!!! As always taking care of there customers and is one of the many many reasons I always swing by on my way into town.”

“Recently had them tint the windshield on my wife’s new 4Runner they did such an awesome job. So I brought them my regular cab Silverado the following weeke to tint the windshield too. Both windshields were done with Xpel XR plus 70%. Great customer service I'll definitely be returning for future services.”

“Got the chopped brisket sandwich, three meat sandwich, a club sandwich, and chicken tenders box and all was delish! Their house made chips (fries) were really good, as well. Place was very clean and fast checkout. We didn't need to gas up but they had the lowest prices.”
“Out of all the Big League car washes in this area, this location is the best! I had a slight issue with my account and was taken care of by one of the managers, Sabina. She was super friendly and professional, personality plus. She went above and beyond to help me, I can see why she is a manager there, she was absolutely outstanding!! I was also helped by Eric, another manager and he was also absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend this car wash, at this location, would give it 100 stars if possible!!
I must add to this review since “Google” will not let me do another one.
I had a slight issue today and was
taken care of by KALIEB. I must say he gave me friendly, professional and outstanding service! This location remains to be the #1 Big League Carwash” in the area, highly due the fabulous staff that works at this specific location! Much appreciated KALIEB!!!!!”
“AMAZING JOB!! My car was left squeaky clean! This young man, Paxton, is going places. He stopped, and took time out of his busy day to help me out! Love to see it, thank you!! 😃👍”

“I have several cars but have only used the state inspection service here. I have come to know Rick on a first name basis. He is very personable; always treats me well. I feel like he has become a friend over the years because it seems like I see him every couple of months. This is my "go to" shop for state auto inspections. Dave”

“My Toyota Tundra had not been washed for over a year. I took over to Jovan's and asked them to try and make it look the best they could. I patiently waited about an hour and a half watching Law & Order inside. When they were done they brought me out to see their work. It looked like it just came off the show room floor. The outside and inside were spotless and I believe they put a little wax on the paint, conditioned all the plastic elements on the outside and the interior was perfect. The kicker was that they cleaned the engine and the underneath of the truck.
I will definitely be returning when I am to lazy to wash it myself. They got this project since it had not been washed for over a year. My goal is to clean it a little more often myself and leave the difficult jobs to Jovan's. Thanks to the Jovan's Team.
All the best,”

“Automatic wash could use some maintenance. Undercarriage wash only did the back half of the car and the arms definitely aren't spraying consistently, especially on the right side.
Still did a decent job cleaning the car despite that.”
“Love the drive thru car wash usually pretty quick. Do not like the customer today that went thru the first time and then came back around to the front of the line and argued with attendant to go back through and went to the front of the line. He is not special! He needed to go to the end of the line and wait like everybody else.”

“Took in our new Chevy Z71 Colorado for the first time they did a great job , what I appreciated to see was seeing Paul the mgr out there with the guys drying the cars and making sure I was satisfied with the outcome of the cleanliness of our truck I will go back !!!”
“Good location. Clean, FUNCTIONAL facility. Decently priced. Got no flak about washing then backing into the vacuum spot to dry and quick wax. This is a 'W'.”
“Everything you need to get your car cleaned is provided. A brush with soapy water to pre-treat, air blower and towels to dry the exterior, and vacuums with long hoses for the interior. Trash cans are plentiful. Parking area is always maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful”

“This car wash establishment appears to be of exceptional quality, surpassing any other I have encountered since relocating to this region. While the cost per wash is approximately twenty dollars, they generously provide a complimentary wash with each purchase, effectively reducing the cost to ten dollars per wash. The location is conveniently situated near Highway 46, making it easily accessible. Furthermore, the cleanliness of my vehicle is maintained for approximately a month before requiring another wash. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.”

“I’ve been coming here for a year now. I wash my car quite often, and all of the employees always have a helpful positive attitude. Arthur the manager here is especially helpful. I once ran my car through (before they replaced the tire cleaners), and my tires still came out less than favorable. Arthur came out and immediately began helping me clean them himself. He also reassured me that I would have zero issues the next time I came back, and I didn’t. They sometimes walk down the carwash with my car to make sure all points are hit. I really appreciate this crew since I’m always on the road, and love a clean car.”
“After reading some great reviews (and some not so great) I was hesitant to try this place out - luckily, my experience was pretty good! Yeah there were still a few spots I found and told myself “Really??” but overall the car looks and smells brand new.
Entire staff is very friendly and welcoming!
I’m confident if I were to mention the missed spots to management they would’ve gotten me right. However the spots weren’t a big deal imo. Some things just aren’t worth hassling over. Will definitely be back, and definitely brining my wife’s jeep in!
Thank you Wash tub NB for the great experience.”

“TOUCHLESS WASH SIDE: Three passes on the front and back for rinss is nice but only one rinse pass on both sides is a little wild. Sprayers seemed to apply even coatings. The equipment could use a refresher and a spray down of the bay is in need. All in all, fantastic little carwash that doesn't feel the need to slap my vehicle to Timbuktu in order to clean it.”
