Been depositing my paychecks there for years and I’m tired of them holding my funds. It’s ridiculous. Get it together Chase Bank. Rude customer service also, at the location and at corporate.

Been a Chase customer for years and relocated over here. I worked with Ivan M on my personal and business accounts and he was outstanding and a pleasure to work with! Thanks for being the best bank I have ever dealt with! Super friendly people and service!

I went through the drive up to get a couple hundred in smaller bills for a trip. They were super nice and helpful and it was very quick and pain free.

Nicholas Castillo was truly amazing in closing my Certificate of deposit at the Walnut chase bank branch. I wanted to know what interest rate and factors.Jennifer Montoya greeted me at the branch but didn’t seem like she cared about my issues. Once I sat in the cubicle she kept checking on others customers rather than me . Very unprofessional behavior and I felt like she did not care about me as a client. I hope Jen changes and apologize to me for her actions. Josh, Sabina , Marcia Laura and Christina are top notch people at the branch. I wanted to voice my concerns about how I was treated by Jennifer Montoya hopefully she changed her way she treats customers in the future!

If they didn’t run up to me as soon as I entered as if they thought I were going to rob it, I’d be good. I can count on them to have $2 bills. So glad they are open on Saturdays.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Josh and the branch manager Laura Solis went above and beyond to help me with notarizing a document. Highly recommend this Chase branch!

If you don’t have a account and if you want to cash a check over $2500 they can’t help you! What a joke! I’m a contractor and will no longer take checks from Chase Bank. I drove 39 mile to a branch that won’t even honor their own check!

Went here today waited way too long for teller boy to get ready then my truck was broken in to in the front parking lot and no assistance. Chase needs to step their security detail up. Every other bank I go to has law enforcement.

Always friendly amd personalized service. For a large corporate bank such as banks go, i fi d that currently Chase is about the only bank that still has a heart left for people. They have thought out their services and mastered the art of delivering service!

Chase bank itself does a fair job. One of their 'products', Zelle, is not only a complete waste of time, but almost seems untouchable. I've tried, at Chase bank, to get contact at Zelle and I'm told (by Chase ), there is none. What? A gov. black hole that handles our money? I'm either being lied to or it's a scam. Sure has caused my daughter heartache and lots of her time trying to fix THEIR error. Your call.

Very disappointed! Literally came the day before to reopen an account and cause I liked the bank and and I made a schedule appointment for today and the lady who I made it with it for my son to open his account wasn't here. All they told me is how they can't help me and how I needed to reschedule the appointment for a later date. They said out of all the people in the bank no one else was able to help me and they closed at 5pm and didn't have time! like worse worse worse service ever and the staff is just as disappointing. Like she flat out said how they are closing and it's 4:30 and she couldn't help me, mind you they close at 5pm. Up most disrespectful.
