I would avoid here. Though this might not be the exact location, it just shows what kind of bank they're running. They literally let a man posing as a customer using a fake ID and not even the right social security number walk out with around $30,000 from a customer's account. Then they have the audacity to pretty much say tough luck to the rightful customer and refuse to reimburse them for money they gave away to a scammer.

I'm disappointed that Chase Bank closes at 5 PM. Not even the drive-through is open after 5 PM. Well I guess this is better than Bank of America which closes at 4 PM Monday - Thursday

Opens 10 am. Called 5 times and can reach no one. Tried all. When push 5 it never rings and just hear silence. No way to reach a live person. This is frustrating.

I gave a contractor a check for 3000.00 and he went to the bank to cash it. They refused to cash it due to the amount. I had to go meet him at the bank. I was required to endorse my on check along with the contractor to get it cashed. It can also be a hassle trying to get into our safety deposit and follow up is poor. No Saturday hours.

Zero stars due to Brian Bedingfields lack of customer service skills. Chase should be embarrassed to have someone like this as a "branch manager". I have been in three times and every time he has upset a customer to the point of an argument. He loves to talk down to customers and make them feel uncomfortable instead of offering any real assistance. I've been to Chase banks all over the country and have never experienced someone like Brian who insists on making simple tasks hard. It's appalling this guy still has a job.

Super quick setup for new acct and atm deposits were new experience for me. It was very easy. Happy so far with thus bank.

By far the most unhelpful Chase branch I've ever been to! Just moved and first time in my new branch, but I'd drive to another town to not have to deal with this branch in the future. You would think they would want to help with fraudulent charges, but they couldn't be bothered. Instead I'm told you must wait on the phone for hours even though there is a branch full of real people who could help, too much work it seems. Don't waste your time in this branch, they won't be any help only headache.

They wouldn't answer the phone no matter how many times i called. Drive up there and they let the phone ring at both locations.. this why i have Randolph brooks and i hope chase gets another big lawsuit. I just need to confirm if my address would be changed on my bank statement i was giving you all a 1 star but Mike saved you with good customer service and helped me

Wow and yuck. Avoid this branch. Doesn't follow corporate rules, likes to be their own branch (at expense of customers) . Boo!
