They showed up for me last minute when my dryer wasn't working due to Lennar homes had my breaker popping every time I plugged in my dryer. They gave me a lot of information, scheduled for me based on my availability and was reasonably priced.

Our washer warranty sent us to them about 4 months ago. We understood it would take awhile for parts to come in, no problem in these times. Called them last week just to check in, husband answered. He informed me they don't work on LG products. I was very confused, gave him my name and reminded him that they had ordered my parts. He looked it up, started yelling at me that only 3 parts had come in and it was up to me to contact LG to find the last part. I was almost in tears, he hung up on me. I called back to get the phone number and part number. He then started calling me horrible names told me not to f***ing call them back. I did, his wife answered, she informed me he was upset because she had cancer and he was worried. Told her I had cancer also, but he had no right to treat me like that. I was very nice to him. He grabbed the phone from her called me a bitch and hung up. I left a really nasty, horrible message! The next day the wife called me all sweet like nothing happened wanting to tell me when the parts would be in...what??? Told them to stuff the parts! She couldn't understand why I was upset! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I never write reviews but today will be the first. I told Jon (repair man) that my refrigerator has been making a knocking sound which happens at random times. I told him I emptied out the ice cube tray and shut off ice maker and the refrigerator still made knocking sound. I shared with him a recording from the internet that made the same sound as my refrigerator. He emptied the ice tray pushed a few buttons on the front of the door and that was it. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or what but he stated I should record the sound myself so he can know where to look. The video I showed him was constant my issue happens at random times as I stated before. After his so called explanation he stated that sometimes people claim they here noises just tI get a brand new one. Why in the hell would I want a new one when this refrigerator is only 7 months old. My husband got really pissed and told him to write up his paper and to leave. I've never been treated that way. My warranty is still active so implying about getting a new refrigerator is ridiculous.. I called Cynthia at Clements to inform her that Jon needs better people skills. I'll never call them again.

I'm the middle of a wash, our washing machine went. We are a family of two adults and 3 kids, our washer works hard. I called Clement's Appliance Inc. and was able to get an appointment the very next day. The person that came to our house was courteous, professional, and figured out the problem quickly. Even though our washer is an older one he had the part in his vehicle, and he was able to repair it. In no time our washer was up and running without a problem. It has been two weeks and the washer is running fine. The price was lower than we thought it would be as well. I highly recommend Clement's Appliance Inc.

Washer in rent house wouldn't drain. Called Clement's Appliance who sent out John that very day to assess the situation. He did so. He had to order a part and was back the following business day. Fixed! Tenant happy!Excellent!!

Professional experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Clement's appliance. I have an LG fridge, which began leaking water. For 2 months I had 2 other local companies come and try to repair the issue. I spent several hundred dollars and the issue was never resolved. One company even told me it would be easier to get rid of my (very expensive) 4 year old fridge than to try and repair it. I was frustrated to say the least. Cynthia at Clement's who schedules and confirms the appointments is very professional, and helpful. My service technician Jon was very knowledgeable about the repair needed, was able to fix the problem with a simple solution and ordering the necessary replacement part. I am very grateful for this professional company, and my LG fridge has been repaired. Clement's is one of the only companies in New Braunfels that has certified LG technicians and it shows. Thank you again Clement's!

I found this company online, contacted them based solely on the reviews. The dispatcher was courteous, and had us scheduled quickly. The technician was also courteous, knowledgeable, and fixed our issue straight away. I learned it's a family business, and they can work on all home appliances. I highly recommend this company!

Yesterday about noonish i put a load of sheets to wash like normal. Not 5 minutes later it was making some terrible noise! Turned it off looked inside and all around wondering what the heck?! The washer was full of water so i knew i needed an expert! And of course my boyfriend is not mechanically inclined (bless his heart);) So i went to "Yelp!" Looked up washing repair businesses and decided to call Clements Appliance. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and courteous. She informed me they were booked for the afternoon and asked me about times the following day that would work for me. Gave her my information and said she would give me a call that evening to let me know what time the tech would be able to make it the following day. She did call me and i was on the schedule for the next morning. John, the tech/owner, was "on time", friendly, knowledgeable and fast!!! My washer is noise free and working great! Thank you Clements Appliance for great service!!!

We had some problems with our dishwasher and I called Clements based on their google reviews. Jon came out in May and determined what parts were bad and told us that they were still under warranty after 4 years. We just had to pay for the initial 60 service call since labor wasn't included. We were pleasantly surprised as most repairmen could have sold us new parts instead of digging to find out if it was still under warranty. ( We just recently bought this house, so we didn't have any receipts or proof of when it was bought) He ordered the parts and installed them only to find out the parts had been damaged in shipping. He reordered them an got us back in business. He always showed up on time or even before schedule once because someone had cancelled. It is a small family run business and they really care about their work. Jon is a very honest repairman and I would recommend Clements to anyone.

They managed to squeeze me in due to a cancellation and the repairman showed up 40 minutes after I called. He showed me the problems, fixed it, and even showed me that I had been putting in the water filter on the fridge incorrectly all this time. That alone was worth the service call....which was less expensive than the first two companies I called! Would definitely call them again!
