I had a fantastic experience here! In and out in 10 minutes. Getting lab work done is usually something I dread, as I’m a very hard stick and it often takes multiple attempts to draw my blood. But Shay was absolutely amazing! She was not only kind and friendly, but also incredibly skilled. To my surprise, she got it on the first try—something that rarely happens. Her professionalism and expertise made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. I can’t recommend Shay enough! Thank you!!!

I had my CDC blood test there today. I just walked in and the line was pretty short. Super convenient, they have self check in and your name will be called. Marie was so helpful and she drawn my blood like a champ! I was nervous because I’m petite with small arms and veins, normally the blood technician will have a hard time finding my veins and poke my arms many times but Marie did such a wonderful job! Highly recommend this place!

Today was our fourth visit in to CPL in New Braunfels. Every time we have been in there, we've been helped by a tech named Shay. For me, Shay stands out as some of the best service and most compassionate care we have received anywhere. My grandson has complex medical issues and is special needs. We spent a lot of time in all the big children's hospitals here and not just in San Antonio and Austin, but in Houston and Dallas as well. No one has ever been able to consistently get blood drawn from Jeffery with such ease. And without ultrasound machines. Even with ultrasound machines many times they have to call in PICU teams. We've had the flight nurses come down just to help get blood drawn from Jeffery because he is such a hard stick. It is usually very traumatic for Jeffery. Shay has been able to draw Jeffery's blood quickly and painlessly every time. Jeffery just had major spinal fusion surgery last week and we needed a quick blood draw for his cardiologist in Austin . We got him in the van and took him into the New Braunfels office.
I went in to see if she was there, and if there was anyway, they could help us. She had me sign him in and Shay pack up her equipment and came out to our van to draw Jeffery's blood.
I would love to speak with someone in upper management about the service and care this outstanding employee of CPL has given us. Shay deserves to be recognized and thanked for being a care provider that goes above and beyond for patients. Please recognize her and thank her and take care of her the way she is taking care of your clients. If I was a company that worked in your field , I would steal her away from you and a hot second! Thank you, Shay! And thank you CPL for having Shay on your team!!!

Super well organized clinic. Staff is great all around.
Lady (sorry, I didn't get her name) was awesome. Who took my blood was extra careful with my upper arm. Didn't feel a thing. She sure knew what she was doing!

Very friendly and helpful and they're fast! The person who drew my blood was awesome and didn't have to poke me a million times!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who hates bloodwork!! These people kick booty when it comes to bloodwork!!😁

Very efficient run blood lab. The waiting room is nice and pleasant and so is the building very comfortable with a very nice lobby with a cute little waterfall.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was right in and right out. I came around lunch time and there was very little wait.

Props to Shay. Cannot recommend her enough if you have a hard time getting bloodwork done (like me), she was fantastic. Hardly felt the needle at all from 5 vials taken. My arm is not sore at all. Quickest and least painful bloodwork I've ever had done.
