Somehow “5 minutes” to these folks is the equivalent to one hour in actual time, and the entire waiting room rotates over twice before getting seen and all because the receptionist forgot to check for your orders. Not fun when you’ve been fasting.

The pictures alone should express clearly how unsanitary this facility is. Everything from the overflowing trash cans to the same paper towel that has been used over and over with has urine on it. Absolutely disgusting.

I cannot express how much I detest getting my blood drawn. I faint most times and it is a terrible experience but Jennifer was AMAZING!! She was extremely patient and caring and I can’t say enough kind words about her! If you’re going to this location and getting your blood drawn makes you nervous or anxious like me, ask for Jennifer!

Unfortunate that the office staff is rude and inconsiderate. They did not even have the tests required as sent by my doctor. They sent me to another location that was closed to pick up another test. Trying to deliver samples afterward, had called asking if I could deliver samples as they were nearing the end of the workday. They refused and said they would lock the door at 5. Showed up at 4:59 and the door was already locked. They refused to open the door as well. The staff that actually run the tests were kind, unfortunate that office staff tend to ruin places reputations.

This place honestly sucked. The lady who checked me in had such an attitude and was left waiting for 45 minutes. In that 45 minutes only 1/7 other people in the waiting area were called back. Look I get if they were short-staffed and busy but they did not have to be rude the way they are. I have no problem waiting but it was too long of a wait, I had to head back to work because I was on my lunch break. When I informed the lady I needed to cancel my check in, she scoffed in such a rude manner and said in the most aggressive tone 'fine, you're good to go'. I personally work in healthcare and that is not a good demeanor when interacting with patients.

Jennifer at the front desk couldn’t be anymore rude. The way she spoke to me and a elderly gentleman that was in the waiting room. Seems she doesn’t want to work there at all. I’d highly recommend going anywhere but here for lab work.

SLOW AS CAN BE! Waited an hour in the lobby to get time sensitive testing done and was finally called to the window to confirm information. Was then told the testing could not be completed by the time needed. Absolute waste of time and gas. Go somewhere else for testing. Staff here doesn't seem to want to work.
