“Who knew something so wonderful and historically exciting could exist in our own backyard! Great environment to visit with family and friends. See the spring cap of the shortest navigable river, constantly changing color palette of local wildflowers, to amazing wildlife in their habitat. A fabulous location to volunteer and learn from the very knowledgable folks at Headwaters about native plants and wildlife in our Texas region. Great photo ops too!”

“Everyone at New Braunfels Christian Ministries – Volunteers in Medicine is absolutely lovely and so friendly. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed and cared for.
I had a tooth drilled and a filling done, and Dr. Stephens was incredibly patient and calm throughout the entire procedure. He explained everything and made sure I was comfortable, which really helped ease my anxiety.
