The lady named Vicky in the morning shift has the worst attitude I have ever came across in a convenience store she asked for my ID as I showed it to her I went ahead and said my birthday just trying to make it easier on her and she tells me I can read. And I was like well have a great day hun which is a southern term of endearment where I'm from and she made it a point to correct me my name is Vicky not hun. She needs to learn customer service etiquette

I've called n tried talking to the manager letty she was very rude n didnt want to hear anything I was trying to explain to her . The service here is horrible . The employee walk around n can see a line of customer n still walk off with out greeting or acknowledging the customer n leave them there waiting I've tried bringing it to their attention many time but the manager doesnt even attempted to listen . They really need new management

Bathrooms were DISGUSTING. some of the fruit cups looked already spoiled. This place did not look very sanitary. Lady at counter was nice but this place was very disappointing....

Parked my truck there for a couple of days WITH MANAGEMENT PERMISSION and was towed away!!!!! New management does not no how to keep their word! Nor do they know how to compensate for the wrong they did! I had to pay out of my pocket for tow bill!!!!

Shanelle service was awful. She was rude and unprofessional. On her name tag dont said she was a manager but I call and ask for a manager and she tell me she was the manager. Never coming back

Someone hacked my CC and tried to use it at one of these stores in San Antonio. The only reason it failed is because my bank declined it. Don't these stores require I'D and the card to compare?

The fuel price is always good, but they have these one overhead light on the commercial vehicles fueling side that has been broken for months and it is always flashing at a rate of once per second and extremely annoying. So annoying for the fifth-teen minute I'm there that I will just skip it next time and go pay more down the road.
