I have never written a bad review but people need to be thoroughly warned the male doctor on staff on Thursday morning 2/08/2024 miss diagnosed our dog Mr so badly he told me to just put him down and don't take too much time he is dying and full of cancer. He told me he was a diagnostic vet and he makes sure he's accurate. This was devastating I told him do whatever tests are needed I will pay for them all this dog is my mom's shadow we have had him since 3 weeks old. He is a great emotional support for her and my mom has been going through very bad anxiety after her heart attack. Our dog helps her stay calm but this doctor tells me to put him down he is not going to live much longer 1 week or two will bleed internally. I never recieved any documentation with the findings only an invoice for payment. Well I had a hard time believing this answer as he is still eating, peeing, and pooping, still able to walk but was in pain. Took our dog to i35 market place vet er. Mom, Mr, and I were greeted so pleasantly, comforted and immediately seen, it was almost 6 pm but there staff jumped on getting county lines records before they closed. They found blurry bad x rays and not much lab info with the dire prognosis. I35 doctor took better x rays found no liver mass miss diagnosed, no lung spots, and no free floating fluid in abdomen as told by county line vet, our dog just has a prostate infection, I 35 doctor gave us an anti biotic and gave our sweet boy pain medicine. He will live in and feels so.much better with the pain shot. How dare county line tell me to put our dog down, how dare you put us in such a heart breaking, anxiety provoking, moment. Your doctor should be ashamed of himself and county line vet clinic I want you too apologize for hiring a hack monster of a vet. How dare you take money for a failed prognosis and how dare you put us through this. Be ashamed and everyone reading this do not take your pet here ever!

I was looking for a vet clinic near me and after reading the great reviews I decided to try this clinic out. I had been going to Banfield for the last 5 years and I wasn't getting the personalized service that I wanted for Bela. I booked and pre-paid for my appointment. When I arrived, I felt as though I had walked back in time. Like when the small-town vet would come to your home and show genuine concern for whatever ails your pet. I was met by Jeremy the P.A. who walked me and Bela into the Green Room. He was genuinely concerned with the issues that Bela had and took notes. He stated that Dr. Fowler would be coming in to discuss options and treatment for her anal glands problem. When I met Dr Fowler, she showed compassion and a passion for helping my Bela. She does not rush her time with you. She covers all options, treatments and possible side effects. She completely gives you all the information you need to make a decision. I felt an immediate bond that comes with a gut instinct that I could trust her completely with my Bela. The pricing was affordable for me since I live on a limited income. My only regret was that I had not found this place sooner. I was told by Banfield that there was nothing more they could do for Bela's condition with her anal glands. I was not told this by the vet, but from the receptionist, since the Dr would not come out to see me. But Dr Fowler stays with you in the room and explains everything. I was confident with the care Bela was shown, that I also booked a grooming appointment for her. A service that they offer here as well. I want to thank the entire staff, not to forget the ladies at the front desk who also were very helpful with the booking of Bela's grooming. I am confident that Bela will receive the high level of care, that she deserves in her senior years. Thank you all for the passion you have in helping pets that have no voice. And for your understanding in calming parents that are having a fear of the unknown that follows with meds, procedures and expectations. I can honestly say I will not hear there is nothing we can do as I was told at Banfield. Here they actually help you find a solution. God Bless all of you and huge thank you from Bela and Bela's mom(Diana W.)

Awful experience. We loved Dr Conway and she was the only reason we continued to come here. I called multiple times to make my dogs appointments for their upcoming vaccines and never got a call back. I posted on a public platform to see if I was the only one having issues and magically I get a call back within the hour. Finally I got an appointment. My husband takes the day off and takes both of our dogs to their appointment, he arrived at 2:15 for our 2:30 appointment, At 3:15 he had yet to be seen and asked the lady at the desk if she knew what was going on. They informed him it would be ANOTHER 15-20 minutes to even get into a room. Meanwhile others who came in after him were getting seen before us and we had an appontment that started over 30 minutes ago. I also asked when booking the appointment that their medications be filled so we could pick them up on the day of the appointment as they require a week notice (this was 3 weeks in advance) and they weren't ready for pickup and took an additional 2 days after their appointment to get. My husband ultimately ended up leaving and not being seen that day. We will never step foot in this vets office again. They don't return your phone calls or ever answer the phone. They pretend to care about your concerns with their customer service when it threatens their reputation. additionally our vet is leaving so we will seek care elsewhere.

Our German Shepherd wasn’t supposed to live to be six months old. (He will be ten years old in April.) because of his heart problems, we did not socialize him so he does not like anyone other than immediate family. Dr. Fowler has been treating him for the two years we have lived here. With her patience and expertise, she has been able to examine and treat him in the “red room”.We can’t say enough good things about her and County line. She helps take the stress out of the visits for our fur baby.

I've always had amazing experiences here with all of my pets-great vets and staff, but I took my cat Hogarth in today and I get nervous because he is a bit of a wild card. The tech we had today was amazing! She took great care of Hogarth and explained everything to me. I wish I remembered her name, but 10/10 recommend this clinic for your fur babies! They even have an app you can use which makes communication with their treatment team so easy.

My dog actually loves going to County Line Vet Clinic! Even though she's not a fan of nail trims, my dog marches in like she owns the place because the vets and vet techs always treat her so well. We are very satisfied customers for 6 years and counting.
