Just went through the drive up and the amount of disrespect that I got was baffling. I have been talking back and forth with this cvs since Saturday when they told me that they ordered my steroid inhaler. They now are telling me that they need pre authorization something that was never mentioned before after transferring my prescription to another location after I specifically said I didn't want to do since I didn't want to run into any issues with it being approved/ authorized. I went to the er on Saturday night for an Asthma attack and have been making it work with breathing treatments at home since they don't actually have what I need. When I told the blonde girl in the drive she laughed as if she doesn't work in what is a form of healthcare. I get that you can be an idiot and work at a pharmacy just like everywhere else but to blatantly show that you don't care and in fact find it humorous that someone has asthma is just wow! I'm pretty sure she must have been high off her ass bc no one would find that funny unless they were.

I wanted to leave a review for this particular location. The pharmacy is super efficient and well run. The Girls in the pharmacy went above and beyond their job duties a few days ago. I was having issues filling a prescription at H‑E‑B on fm 306. I had to call the urgent care to have them send it over to the CVS instead. I was quite emotional as my daughter had been very sick and I'm 7 months pregnant. Over the phone the sweet girl reassured they would have everything done as quickly as possible. They had it filled within 5 mins of my arrival. And they even made sure to make me laugh and smile on a day filled with tears. I wanted to let them know they made a dark day for me very bright. I have a receipt at home with one of the ladies names but didn't get to get the other girls name. Hoping their manager sees this! I will update when I get home.

Friendliest CVS Pharmacy I have ever been to. They are busy, but trying to take care of you asap and always have a big smile on their faces.

Prices are really over what they should be. Even do to this administrations inflation. Not very good pharmacy. They don't mind leaving you on hold for 10 minutes. The time to wait in line is 9 times out of 10 a 30 minute wait. When they do not have the drug prescribed they do very little to assist on finding locations that have it. It's like pulling teeth to get a prescription moved to another pharmacy. Overall would give less than one but that's not an option.

WORST EVER! Sat in line at drive up after receiving a text that my RX was ready. Sat for 15 min. before they came to the window only to tell me it was not ready. Spoke with the pharmacist about the change in medication. She promised to call the doctor. Two days later the call was NEVER made. Plan to move all of our business fro there.

The people that work in the pharmacy on the weekends are not only inexperienced, but rude as well. There is a lady there with purple hair who is especially ignorant. During the week they are ok but weekends they are the worst.

Their intercom was malfunctioning and couldn't here a thing. I had to ask the lady to speak up several times. The pharmacist (Jennifer) was rude.

This has to be the best drug store I've ever been to. The pharmacy staff are incredible. For years I went to the Walgreens down the road, and the waits were always ridiculous. This CVS pharmacy staff know what they are doing. Never a wait, and they are always so pleasant to work with and extremely helpful with questions.
