Not sure who I talked to on the phone, but he had a major attitude problem. I understand that he probably deals with rude customers all the time, but there is no reason for him to speak to people like that.

It is always a pleasure to shop at CVS because their store is so well organized it. It makes it easy to find what you are looking for without delay. I like that they have coupons to shop with so that you can have that extra savings. It’s a win-win situation all the way around.

I feel so bad for people that obviously don’t like their job or people in general. Good luck to the store manager at this location. He couldn’t even give me a proper greeting when I was patiently waiting in line. (Which I have no problem doing). If you are going through something and can’t even give those you are servicing a proper greeting don’t show up. If you don’t like the job you are working then just quit. There are other jobs out there that are more fulfilling I promise.

I was very dissatisfied with customer service at self.Check out. The african american team member was extremely rude. He janked the fifty dollar bill that the machine was not accepting and made it accept it .The store was very clean and well maintain.

Whoever the pharmacist is ( young bald guy) has an attitude problem and has refused to sell medication simply because he got his toes stepped on. I had to call my insurance company and he basically told them that insurance companies can't tell him what to do.I feel CVS should set this guy's attitude straight or have him replaced. When asked the Pharmacist for his name he hung up the phone.

Bad customer service. The lady that worked the counter 7/7/24 is rude and very unprofessional. She told me I had to wait because she was on the phone. Lol. Won't go back to this store. If I was CVS I wouldn't let her work my register. She was standing there smacking g on her gum and acting like she was high.

They open/close when they want to not according to posted times so I wouldn’t recommend relying on them for important medications.

This pharmacy really needs some help. The staff seems incredibly overwhelmed. I picked up a prescription and there were five in line, several at drive thru and an elderly lady waiting for a vaccine. Behind the counter was the pharmacist John, and a tech. They both seemed very stressed and they came off rude and unhappy. Please hire some more staff to help them
