Went in there just to pick up one thing. Employees were not helpful at all. There was a line building up at the register but they just ignored everyone even though two employees were standing behind the counter. Everyone in line walked off after I had been waiting for a few minutes and then had to wait for self-checkout (which had no bags stocked). A guy, who appeared to be a manager there on his day off, was pretty loud and his girlfriend came in to yell at him in front of everybody to which he yelled back at her. Super unprofessional and very awkward experience. Won’t be back to this location. I would rather go out of my way to anywhere else

Expensive! 40% higher on everything than HEB or Walmart. I only go because I have an Advantage card credit there every month. And, no help around, had to track someone down to get a bag which had run out at self-checkout.

This pharmacy is a little out of the way but they get your orders done super quick and the staff is always just amazing! They’re attentive and knowledgable. It’s a great pharmacy.

CVS is always a reliable stop for me. The store is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the ExtraCare rewards and the quick, efficient service at the pharmacy. Great place for health essentials!

Honestly everything is so easy when you use the app, the hard part is the insurance bouncing back and forth for prior authorization.

It was always hard to speak with someone in the pharmacy before. But now they made it impossible. Ive left multiple voicemails on their new system for the pharmacy. You can no longer get connected to the pharmacy to speak to a tech or pharmacist. You now are only able to leave a voicemail, and then hopefully they call you back. Hopefully. If not then you have to call again, multiple times and request more callbacks through voicemail. Really dumb.

We have been in New Braunfels for over 3 months helping a family member who has cancer. The staff at CVS on Walnut has been exceptional. This not our first visit and it’s always the same. Keep up the good work guys! ♥️

Went here to have some photos pictures printed at the photo center. The young lady at the register came over to help and walked me through it all, she was professional, respectful and a joy to work with. Highly recommend.
I came by at 5:30 PM on Monday the 17th of June 2024.

Picked up my prescriptions and Eko helped me. Her customer service, kindness and caring attitude really made a difference. She worked with me regarding my prescription change. She's awesome. Can't teach someone to care, and she has that!!
