Everyone is pleasant, however pharmacy is severely short staffed or not effective. Plan on long waits for called in prescription pick ups and pre scheduled flu shots. I'm talking 30min or more.

Never open when they are supposed to be. Might as well not even have employees, they don't even try to help you. Store opens at 8am, its 8:15 doors locked and employee inside just looks at you and walks to the back…

Pharmacy folks are rude. Only reason I go there is because I have to for my drugs and insurance.

What is this a McDonald’s? Just got done with a huge line because they only have 1 associate for some odd reason. When I finally get up there the poor guy has to apologize to me because they are so busy he doesn’t have time to grab it.I expect pharmacies to be better than fast food restaurants. This was my sad goodbye to CVS.

I know there have been quite a few negative reviews, and they are short-staffed, but the representative that helped me was very knowledgeable, very professional & one of the best interactions I’ve had at a CVS to date. Plus he was good at multitasking… ?

I just have to say, this is the worst CVS I have ever been to. The lady was SO RUDE. She closed the blinds on me, while I had already been waiting in line for 10 minutes before her lunch break. I came back after lunch and she told me I had to come inside. Huh? Just hand me the prescription, the same way you would just hand it to me if I were to come inside?? That's what the drive thru is for! Weirdos. I've been to many cvs pharmacies and have never had this problem. They wasted my time on purpose and their customers service is appalling. Go literally anywhere else.

Found pharmacy to be friendly and efficient. Customer service is the most obnoxious high pressure hard sell I have ever experienced from a retailer that wants my business. Well future emails will go directly to spam. Phone calls and texts just blocked. Horrible, what are you guys thinking?

This Pharmacy is the absolute worst! Take your business elsewhere. They do not treat there customers well, one of the female Pharmacy Techs needs an attitude adjustment and is incredibly rude, medication is never in stock, wait times are ridiculous long, and they never follow back up with the doctor's office or customer in regards to scripts and refills. Shame on you CVS for allowing your Pharmacists to be such short staffed that your customers suffer and then to have horrible techs treat your customers like you do is just appalling.

Outstanding customer service but apparently this store is humiliating the employees by making them turn around, show the bottom of their shoes etc for the camera at the front door to show they weren’t stealing anything when they leave. I felt terrible for them when I asked what they were doing and was told about their policy for employees and managers.

4th time to use this CVS Pharmacy, interacting with 4 different employees, through the drive-thru on all visits. Horrible customer service. The wait time is exceedingly long, and they don't seem to care about the individual, or any level of problem solving. Very disappointing!

Very angry. Had 3 prescriptions filled there today. One of them the doctor showed 1 refill. I will not need the refill (ever), but they refilled it at the same time they prepared the original prescription. I didn't discover the two inhalers of ibuterol until I was home. I don't have asthma. I have bronchitis which will be cured long before I use up one inhaler. They didn't tell me they filled two bottles. They asked if I wanted them to call about a 90 day prescription. I said no. Then I find two inhalers in my bag. Their mistake, but they won't take it back. So I've paid $45 for an extra inhaler that I will NEVER use. Done with this and all other CVS pharmacies.
