The Pharmacy Tech Keeghan was extremely patient, helpful, and professional. I was transferring quite a few of my father's prescriptions from his old CVS in Austin and she was fantastic in helping me.

Meds never ready even when they text you, always understaffed, pharmacy personnel always overwhelmed and make you feel like an inconvenience. I will be changing pharmacies.

The men's restroom was dirty ,smelly ,gross and in need of repairs. I don't know how employees put up with this.I expected more from a pharmacy.

1. They don't answer the phone 2. Website doesn't work properly to schedule shots. 3. Pharmacist told me to come back as a \\\"walk in\\\" to get shot when their online scheduling wasn't working. 4. Came back for 2nd shot and older female pharmacist with pink/purplish highlights REFUSED to give me the shot because I was a \\\"walk in\\\". I explained that I was told by another pharmacist to come in because their scheduling wasn't working online. She's couldn't care less. Told me they were too busy. Suck a rotten egg I guess. 5. Terrible customer service and rude staff. I went over to Walgreens, and they took me right in and gave me a shot. Don't bother with this place. Bad online service, bad employees, probably terrible management. FAIL.

Very angry. Had 3 prescriptions filled there today. One of them the doctor showed 1 refill. I will not need the refill (ever), but they refilled it at the same time they prepared the original prescription. I didn't discover the two inhalers of ibuterol until I was home. I don't have asthma. I have bronchitis which will be cured long before I use up one inhaler. They didn't tell me they filled two bottles. They asked if I wanted them to call about a 90 day prescription. I said no. Then I find two inhalers in my bag. Their mistake, but they won't take it back. So I've paid $45 for an extra inhaler that I will NEVER use. Done with this and all other CVS pharmacies.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. After bending over backwards to appease the idiot pharmacist I said f@ck it and ordered what I needed from Amazon. These folks forget that our business is what keeps them in business.

It sure feels great when you walk up to get your photo order and the cashier keeps looking down even when you say “hello?” Then you wait and have to say “Are you okay?” and she reluctantly acknowledges you. To top it off, she tosses your envelope over the counter and finally rings you up. Wow, great customer service! Not!

Since this COVID mess I’ve been visiting CVS more and more because it’s nearby, small, quick in and quick out. I love the coupons and the cashback offers on the Fluz app!
