This place has completely turned around! I was about to change pharmacies when finally there was a complete staff turnover. The new staff is amazing!! They actually answer the phones (!!), they are kind and helpful, and fill prescriptions quickly!! I cannot say enough good things about them. If you haven’t tried them recently, give them another shot… you won’t be disappointed!

The pharmacist is usually the only person working and it takes forever and I imagine mistakes are made. I transferred my rx's after 3 trips each taking over 30mins.

Avoid this Pharmacy at all costs. The employees absolutely hate their lives and they can’t handle the amount of work they have. They are always super slow and if you have medications sent in from urgent care in the area they WILL NOT fill them same day. Additionally, they submitted my 6 month olds medication to insurance as a 90 day supply, when it’s only 50 doses AND the medication EXPIRES AFTER 30 DAYS. Because they did this, they have made it so my insurance won’t cover her medication this month. With the price of pharmaceuticals, this lack of care or attention to detail is despicable. I’d like to see them pay for her meds out of pocket since they screwed me and my family this month. Shame on them.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was at the pharmacy when they opened at 9AM to pick up prescriptions my husband was given when he was discharged from the EMERGENCY ROOM at 5AM. I was the 2nd person in line. The pharmacist told me it would be at least an hour until she could fill the order. I asked for them to be filled ASAP, went home to take care of my husband, and as I walked away, the lady behind me approached the counter and said she's been trying to call with questions about her meds for 2 weeks and nobody answers the phone. I came back at 1PM. There was a man at the counter and a lady in front of me in line. She stated she'd been waiting for over 45 minutes. The man at the counter eventually said, "Just run it through without insurance" so he could get what he needed and leave. When I finally got to the counter, I was told the prescriptions weren't ready again, and that I'd have to come back after 3PM because they couldn't fill them before they went to lunch. This is unacceptable. Orders from an emergency room should take priority over all other orders. 1 customer with an issue in the morning, 3 customers in a row with issues in the afternoon, this location needs an overhaul. We won't use it again.

Terrible pharmacy, never answer the phones, or submit refill requests like they say they will. You will never talk to someone on the phone, hold times are outrageous and if you call target they give you a cvs customer relations number, that will hang up on you. Have waited over 2 weeks for a refill only to find out halfway through that they never put in the refill request. Go anywhere else

They do not answer the phone at all. I've tried calling on different days, during different times, and still nothing. No email or call about my prescription being ready, and can't call to see if it's there cause they don't answer. Very frustrating

Used to be quick and easy to get my meds here. Past couple of months? Not so much. Understaffed and takes days if not more for rx.

Pharmacy is horrible. Prescription was not ever filled until I called about it a week later. It took me three trips to pick up the prescription because no one works there other than the pharmacist themselves. They ignore those at the counter while they are in back filling prescriptions. I do not know how I ever got through on the telephone in the first place. Once I got waited on, the pharmacist would not run my coupon because he thought it was cheap enough already. At first, he mentioned that it would take a lot of time. Time he obviously did not have. I will not go back to this location ever again. If i cannot get my prescriptions by mail order, I will be better off at Walmart of all places. My receipt # is 2-2141-2429-0107-0141-4 on 5/21/2022 at 4:08 PM. Don't waste your time. Even Walmart doesn't stink this bad.

Don't waste your time at this pharmacy, go to the Walgreens on 46 instead. My doctor said my scrips would be ready in 20/30 minutes, 30 minutes later the pharmacist says it'll be ready in 3 hours. I go back the next day and he tells me that they don't have half of my prescription and they don't have my insurance even though I've used them many times with insurance. While I'm giving the girl my insurance, a couple comes up and the pharmacist tells them he didn't order the stuff they asked for a week prior. This place is a waste of time. Go anywhere else.

Worst CVS I've ever dealt with. They never answer the phone and when I was there physically, I was told by one of the pharmacists that CVS corporate told them to handle people physically there and leave the phone for whenever they could get to it. Ridiculous when I have no other option but to go up there to fill a new script every month. Lazy and unethical.

There is not enough staff in this location. The line is always long with one cashier and don't try calling, I was on hold for over 30 mins. I finally gave up.

This CVS pharmacy has the friendliest people I have ever encountered at any pharmacy anywhere....and I have been to a few. They get to know you and always greet you like a friend.
