I’ll never shop here as long as RACHEL IS THE MANAGER! She’s rude and as unprofessional as they come!!!
10/22/2025 around 4:45pm My children and I had just arrived to the store. While they were in the toys and I was in the blankets. I LOUDLY hear someone yelling at my children 13 and 6. As my 6 year old was on the bottom shelf grabbing a toy from the very back of the shelf. I shortly came to find out that the lady was RACHEL the store “MANAGER” rudely telling my 6 year old little girl to get out of that shelf, this is not your bed, you are not at home and that is very inappropriate! And at that time I’ started heading to them and I hear her now asking my 13year old son if he was going to buy the item in his hand, that his sister pulled out. I then confronted her for again RUDELY reprimanding my children. And letting her know her behavior is what was inappropriate. She then loudly started to argue with me at the top of her voice! Even after I stated I don’t think yelling at customers and reprimanding children is in your job description. she still continued in an unprofessional manner that matched her unprofessional attire that didn’t include a name badge or title! Leaving me to have to ask if she even worked there and her name because who in their right mind would approach customers that way!?? DISGUSTING!!!! After she fled to the back I asked an employee upfront who the manager was.
That’s when I learned it was Rachel. I then asked her for the district managers information. she went to the back to get it, after a while she returned to let me know that Rachel would be bringing it to me. When I didn’t ask Rachel for it. As Rachel approached me with the phone number, she was still antagonizing me, and even followed me out the door to antagonize me more!! I am a frequent customer or I shall say was!! I tried calling the number that was given to me by Rachel for the alleged district manager, Dan or Danny. The number seems to be a personal cell that no one picked up. Which has me to believe that this isn’t even the right number as well as why Rachel intervened to bring me the number. This kind of behavior and entitlement is unacceptable from any employee with any title! But ESPECIALLY A MANAGER!!!! She was way too comfortable approaching my children with that nasty mouth, which also leads me to believe that this isn’t the first time she’s been nasty to customers!! I’m very disappointed this is the kind of person this company would hire as a store manager. My children were humiliated. And I was too for having to get out of character to defend my children because this store seems to hire anyone to be a manager!!! Her attitude is repulsive! And I refuse to shop there or recommend it as a good place to shop if people are left to feel embarrassed! So while my child was having to reach to the very back of a shelf. Rachel should have been PROPERLY STOCKING THE SHELVES to avoid such things!! I’m more than sure this is on camera. So it’ll will be very disappointing if no action is taken by higher authority. I will never buy from this store again. They only sell junk that is useless and doesn't even want to exchange the product. And don't even mention the horrible staff. Everything is very poor quality and the employees treat you badly.

Went to the store to get my grandson a backpack for school. He picked out the one he wanted . They had a wonderful selection. Customer service was fantastic very helpful and friendly.
