It’s been a long time since I was in a Dick’s Sporting Goods store. I am still amazed at how clean this store was, how friendly the staff was, and how quickly the sales clerk found my right size.

We went in to look at shoes only to be greeted by the rudest employees ever! All we got were dirty looks and zero help! I will Never set foot back in this store again! the employees here definitely live up to the company’s name!!

Way overdue review but I went in at the end of January to get some new running shoes, I also went in about 15min to closing time and was planning on getting some On Clouds. Once I got to the shoe dept. Alvin was very professional & friendly and after talking to him for a while and trying on different shoes, he recommended the ASICS Novablast 5 for the get go and after trying them on, I was sold. He wasn't pushy or tempted to get me into something that I wasn't comfortable in & even stayed past closing time to make sure I was happy with the shoes I picked out. After a couple weeks of usage, I see why he recommended those specific shoes & why they were his #1 pick. A++ Service & 1000% recommendation!

The “Manager” Duece was absolutely zero help! Went to exchange some cleats my son received for Christmas, and because there was a spec of dirt from when he tried them on he said he couldn’t exchange them. No creasing, no wear marks. It’s not even baseball season, where and when would he have gotten wear on them in a month since he received them?! Wasn’t aware shoes were “final sale”. So why is it if someone wears a shirt and it no longer has the tag on it but has probably been worn that can be returned or exchanged.

No military discounts at this location. Lacantera has a military discount but not this store. Ridiculous.

There is lots of sports options, Nike shoes, Adidas, and Fishing supplies, golfing, the store is always clean, employee’s always willing to help to go find your shoe size and it’s in a good area a very nice establishment big and popular. Would recommend!

Alvin and AJ went above and beyond trying to find the best shoes for my husband bring pair after pair for him to try without any pressure to purchase anything just trying to find the most comfortable shoe for him. I really enjoyed their customer service and positive attitude making the trip from south Austin 100% worth it! Thank you guys so much!!!
