They increase my rate a while back, just enough to be annoying but not enough to motivate me to move everything. I go look at the current rates today and they are lower than my original one. Also don't like the gate setup, they want a code to get in and out. Ended up in a situation where I almost got my driver locked in overnight. Thankfully I eventually found the code buried in an email. Overall I am paying too much for an outdated unit.
