Cashier Melanie had a horrible attitude and decided to lecture my girlfriend about not using a white basket to put items for purchase in.

I have been coming to this store for the past 5 years and never seen it so organized and stocked. Dora the manager works hard to keep it running and the shelves are proof. Bravo to Linda and her staff!

Don't come here if you have a service dog or knows someone with one or respects the disabled community. I was yelled at by the manager I believe Linda. She reported me also for just coming in with my unvested service dog. She claimed my service dog is a PET because he isn't marked of some kind. When confronted about her accusation. She couldn't tell me why my medical alert and response, mobility and guide dog was a PET. My service dog was in a sit and focused too. He wasn't barking, lunging, peeing, pooping, or causing any other problems. I don't recommend wasting your money here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Was just in the Dollsr Tree at Creekside and found out there is new management. All of the new associates were too lazy to go into the back to see if they had the products that I needed to purchase (20 dozen of 3 items). When I explained that I have previously worked with another associate there, who helps me with this, the manager Charlotte threatened that associate by saying that it is against corporate policy to help pull items in the back instead of taking hundreds of items off of the shelf to help a customer. Apparently pulling items from the back is “holding” items.
This used to be a great store to go to but since there is new management take the time to go a little farther and go to a different dollar tree.
As someone who works in customer service, this left such a bad taste in my mouth, I felt the need to pass this information on to others.

I love dollar tree who wouldn’t, but the $5 items an every thing $1.25 I don’t like changing the inside from what you name your company, seems like the owner change their ways. I will still shop but us customers do have questions lol teach your employees the answers

They are all set for Christmas and Thanksgiving. So much to look at. Great prices. Arts and crafts. Frozen food. So much to look at.

I haven't been to a dollar tree that has not given good service with a smile. They were helpful and accommodating.

The personnel are always friendly. Great for a quick purchase. They have a great card selection (ie- birthday, seasonal, thank you, etc) For a good seasonal selection, shop well in advance of the holiday! They put them out EARLY...

Store clerk, Fay, is WONDERFUL! She's so friendly and kind...I would stand 10th in line just so she could check me out. This beautiful person deserves a big raise!

Good in stock and almost always clean. The lines at this one never get anywhere near as bad as the Creekside dollar tree.
