I went in with my service dog. He wasn't vested as we weren't planning on going in public after the park. He wasn't acting out, he was LITERALLY sitting and focused on me. We got yelled at and called a pet ILLEGALLY by the employee. Saying my service dog was a pet since he wasn't vested. She never asked the two legal questions. I explained it was illegal to demand i vest my service dog. I asked her why she thought my well behaved task trained service dog was a pet. She juet rolled her eyes because she had no answer. We then went on shopping as she had no reason to continue to talk to me. Then we got to the register and the cashier apparently didn't know her name. Then said she was reporting us but couldn't tell us what for.

Worst customer service. Management is rude and same with the associates who are supposed to be assisting the customers. Nobody can be found when needed for assistance and the worst timing for check out.

Horrible customer service and the management is very rude when I need assistance with a purchase from the store vending machine manager words (We don't get money from those anyways). Very disappointing with service from this store and will recommending all family and friends not to come here.

New management, store has turned around drastically in 2 months. Shelves are well stocked. For the most part it has all been worked on, as I said, work in progress. Good staff in place, good management in place, better shopping experience.

This was the most organized dollar tree I've ever been to and the lady at the register was very welcoming and friendly amazing customer service I wish I would have got her name date was 6/15 2:40 pm

Absolutely unacceptable costumer service. I called and asked if they fill balloons for events and was told they fill them for 1.75 each. I got there and waited in line for 20 minuets to be told in the rudest way possible that they don’t do that there then the cashier proceeds to double down and tell me that I’m lying and the lady on the phone never said that. I then asked if anywhere in town could help fill balloons for a party and the cashier stared at me like I was stupid. when I said listen can you just help me so I can get out of here she said “bye”. I was asked to not come back to this store to which I will happily comply. Do whatever you can to avoid this place, they deserve to be shut down. It’s hard to have the worst staff possible, but you do.
