I can't remember the gentleman's name, he works in the parts I believe, but he was so helpful and went out of his way to help me 2 different times. He is a keeper employee for sure.

They have a coach listed for sale that has been sold for quite a while. When I inquired why they don't take it offline she told me it takes 4 to 5 months to remove it. The company they advertise with RV T***** is a very efficient business with real people that answer the phone. This woman flat out lied to me then hung up. If they lie about something so simple will they be honest during a sale?

I stopped by to shop used RVs. It was nice that they permit you to shop the RVs at will, without being shadowed by a sales person.

We took our Class C RV here for consignment in August of 2019 and finally pulled it in August of 2020. After a full year of them not being able to sell it and we had to call monthly to ask about pricing, feedback etc. It was nothing short of a horrible experience trying to get in touch with anyone. The worse is reading how much used Class C's were in high demand and selling like hot cakes.We started calling weekly asking for feedback and got none, we asked about lowering the price and were told "it is priced right" so we had to ask them to lower the price, we asked where they were advertising. They offered to make it is a manager special and they listed a picture our RV w/ the wrong brand and model. After getting some feedback in the last 2 months they had it, we shipped new front seat covers to them and they said they put them on and when we arrived they were placed on top of the seats and even were upside down. It was so hard to even reach anyone and they did not seem motivated to sell our unit at all. I regret trusting them for our consignment.Our Class C had low miles, brand new everything (batteries, roof, waterpump...etc)--was in perfect working condition. Upon picking it up we realized that even though they assured us that they take care of the units, we realized that they did not. We have had to replace 2 batteries that were brand new, they left the shades open so all the seats and material have cracked beyond repair and now need to be replaced, our hydraulic levels were seizing and we since have had to replace 2 of them completely---all and all we are up to 3K in repairs and when asked why they are all ---"well, when a unit sits that long without anyone taking care of it". This unit is a 2013 with 50K miles on it and it is ridiculous that we have to fix all of this due to their incompetency. Even now, they said they would at least pay for the batteries and yet have been ignoring my calls and emails for the last 2 months.DO NOT USE EVERGREEN RV!!Update To Address Their Reply: We called and asked that our price be lowered they never suggested, a staff member told us the seat covers were never put on, for 10 months we called and received 0 feedback on what people were saying about the RV, The told us they start the units weekly which was a lie. We did have a work order which we paid for and our sink is still leaking. This company is shady and I would never work with them. They said they would pay for my battery and have been ignoring my phone calls and emails for the past month. Do not believe anything they say.

Went there mid afternoon and it was hot as heck. Due to social distancing measures in place nobody was available for assistance with inquiries. But sign on door explains how to contact someone if need be. All the campers were unlocked and available for viewing and looking around. Really wished they had a golf cart available to use, since you can't drive around the lot in a passenger vehicle, would have made things a little bit more easier. Decent selection of travel trailers and 5th wheels, which we're interested in, seeing and looking at floorplans to get a better feel of what we would like to focus on when it comes to purchasing one in the future.

Have some pretty cool things. A bit expensive. You have to pretty much beg staff to help you or they will ignore the fact that you are standing there because nobody is up front and everyone is in the back. But, friendly when they do talk to you.
