Stopped in the store to look &see what was available - desperately needed a new queen mattress. After another agonizing night of sleep. I called at 10am and 11:30 I was set up with a beautiful queen mattress. Delivered, installed & took my old mattress for hardly nothing. The owner called & came with the delivery guy! Talk about incredible, fun, caring service. Can't wait to jump into a wonderful night of sleep! Thank you

We just bought a bed and frame for my grandson, Thomas. We can't say enough good things about the customer service. Theresa is very accomidating and friendly.

I live in Wimberley but I was in New Braunfels picking up a daybed I found on Marketplace . I found out I would need a couple of mattresses so I stopped be Family Mattress & Furniture there in New Braunfels. Theresa there was really nice and helpful. While I was there, I picked up a queen mattress as well. It was just too comfortable to pass up. Theresa help me lift it on top of my SUV for the trip back to Wimberley. Besides mattresses, they sell bed frames, room dividers, sheets and TV stands. They are closed on Sunday and Monday. The sign says she'll will meet you there on Sunday if need be. One probably needs to plan that ahead of time

Can I give 10 stars? I could not be happier about my new mattress! I knew it was time to get one but kept putting it off. First of all, I didn't want to spend the money. I also didn't want to deal with figuring out what kind of mattress to get. Theresa helped me narrow down my options. I ended up with a Malouf foam mattress. I've gone from a worn out, 12 year old mattress keeping me awake all night to a full, restful nights sleep in total comfort. Thank you, Theresa, a thousand times over. Family Mattress is the best kept secret in New Braunfels.

I cannot EVEN say enough wonderful words about Theresa and her amazing store. I’ve purchased several beds, pillows, and bedding from this store. High quality, excellent prices. Most recently, after dealing with terrible back pain, Theresa “fitted” me with an adjustable bed. I didn’t want to at first but she encouraged me to try one in store and my back pain was almost immediately alleviated. I ordered it on the Spot and patiently waited for my new bed to come in. Once it did, I started having the best nights of sleep. I’m telling you. A life changer!!!Additionally, to know Theresa is a blessing in itself, and I consider her to be one of my dearest friends. When you are in her presence, you know that she has the biggest heart and loves with all of it.

We bought a mattress yesterday after needing one for a long time. Not only are we happy with our new mattress but the customer service was beyond any possible expectations. Theresa was so kind, talked to us about all the different options and needs that we had, interacted very friendly with our child and just went above and beyond in every aspect. We will now forever go to her to buy all mattresses or furniture as long as she’s in business. Thank you Theresa for being so amazing!

I can't hardly wait to get my new matress! I am so glad I decided to give Family Mattress a try. I got the help I needed by someone who was kind and patient and not at all pushy. I also bought some incredible new sheets and cooling matress cover. I will be back in December to buy a few of the amazing pillows they have in stock! These old bones are anticipating the best nights sleep to come. PS I got a great deal! Go talk to Teresa, she is wonderful.

Theresa Ann was amazing!! She helped this single momma on a budget out! She was also amazing and helped with my 2 small children while I shopped!! Customer Service was 10 out 5 stars. I will do all my furniture shopping there going forward. Shop small business!
