My favorite FedEx that I've ever dealt with. They are so helpful and friendly. I use this FedEx for shipping, invitations, and printing large items like flood plans.

Customer service has always been the main reason why I go here for all my shipping needs. This location always has the right amount of staff to help, the manager (all the times that I went) was normally on site, and as mentioned prior, the staff is polite and courteous! Although I would say the pricing is a bit excessive (approx. one to two dollars more than the general post office), I would much rather spend my money and time here, than to go to the post office where you'd have to wait in long lines, deal with the rude people in line (not the staff of the post office), only to save a couple dollars. If you want to skip the line at the post office and ensure your package arrives in a timely manner, this FedEx location is the way to go!

Ordered a projector using FedEx overnight. Item was put on truck for delivery from Fedex New Bruanfrls. Driver never rang doorbell or knocked on door. Sat by my door for over 5 hours in the morning just to see a door tag on my door. Got a text message from FedEx stating I can pick up item at the New Braunfels location at 8 p.m., however FedEx customer service says they close at 7 pm. I have to wait another 24 hours for an item that I paid overnight shipping surcharge for. This is the worst experience I've had with FedEx in a long time. Dishonest drivers rushing during Christmas time and putting door tags on people's doors without actually waiting for the customer to answer. Avoid FedEx New Braunfels at all cost!

Disclaimer I am a regular customer of this location. With that said, Jesus and his team - most notably Eddie and Eva - provide excellent customer service. They seem to be able to juggle the customers so no one has an awful long wait. I also use FedEx office locations throughout the state and this location is a notch or two above the others.
