I had the best experience today at this location! Richard, Sierra and John were so nice. Diagnosed my issue and got a battery installed quickly! Even offered to get me a drink from the store across the street while I wait!

Always good service, I've seen how hard Frances and the team work on problem solving for people whenever I wait in the lobby. These guys truly have your safety and best interest in mind even if the solution isnt always the easiest. Got my rear brakes redone for approx 570 including pads, rotors, labor, and brake fluid flush (with coupon). Fair given the whole tariff situation ðŸ˜

Had issues with not getting emailed invoices. Also had issues with them getting parts needed for my repair. Other than that the service was decent.

Shop won't do transmission service on vehicles without a dipstick? I have never in my life been told something so dumb, or been recommended by an auto shop to go to a dealer for routine maintenance. Will not return with other business. The lady at the front desk was very nice about it though.

I made appointments to bring two of my cars in back to back so I could get them done within the same time period. They had a discount coupon available that I told them I would be using for both cars. The wait was ridiculously long and was not within The appointment time at all. They were understaffed and the coupon was a bit deceiving as it came to way more when it all was said and done. The other car did not even qualify for the coupon and it said nothing on there that that could happen. Making an appointment didn’t seem to matter at all.

My car got hit in their parking lot when it was in their care. Busted the mirror and damage along the side. They take absolutely no responsibility. This on the heels of getting new tires and having them fix the balancing 5 times! One time they didn’t even put the correct tire pressure. This place is absolute wank.

I was having trouble with my motorcycle on my way to work. Didn't know where to go so I stopped here for some help. Let me just say, yall rock! Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful!!! Mikah (i believe that's his name) was awesome and got me back on the road on time for work! Thank yall so much!!!!

The lady inside EXTREMELY! RUDE! Customer service is terrible she wouldn't even look at me when she asked what can I help you with...... I explained and she said she can't assist at the moment but in 2 hours she can see. I told her I have a rental with Enterprise and she said well there has to be a leak..... huh ....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
