Great honest owners/workers. Took my GMC envoy here that had no AC and a bad alternator, their quote was about 25% lower than anyone else. Been going to them for years, highly recommend :)

HONEST & AMAZING SERVICE!!! Take your vehicle to the Fix it Shop on Industrial Dr. in New Braunfels, you will not regret it. We were told the starter needed replaced by Midas in San Antonio. My daughter is younger and uses it, so she took it in. I told her I wanted to bring it to the Fix It Shop, because of the amazing service they gave my mom. It ended up being just loose battery wires. They saved me hundreds of dollars by being honest and good hearted people.

They couldn't fix the noise, but assured me it is not a safety issue. Even though they replaced a belt, they didn't charge me. I will go back to them in the future. Auto mechanic shops would be wise to realize if you rip someone off once, you only get that person's business once. If you treat people well, they become loyal customers, recommend you to others, and give you a good review. I have already recommended Fix It Shop to one person and now I'm posting a good review. Thank you to the nice, helpful people at Fix It Shop!

These folks do good work. They are reliable and have fair prices. They are honest, and they keep their word. I heard this about them and then decided to try them out for a full brake job. It's been about a month now, and I can say they did a great job, for a fair price, fast, and with no nonsense. Fix it shop is exactly what people want and look for in an auto shop.

I’m a loyal small business supporter and after reading reviews felt so positive about using Fix It Shop for the first time but was greatly disappointed. The car overheated again two days after Fix It told us they repaired coolant leaks and replaced water pump for about $1,500. We were about an hour out of town so we paid for towing home to prevent potential engine damage. I was shocked when we returned the car to Fix It and they said the cooling system is building too much pressure and there’s nothing we can do. No resolution offered. We took the car to the dealership and they found and repaired a coolant leak. I hope Fix It can use this info to improve customer service and I hope no one else experiences costly repairs and frustration/scare of breaking down with kids following repairs they assumed had resolved the problem.
Edit: I am a real customer and will be there tomorrow for my refund. Thank you

Love this place because they’re honest and have helped us with all our car needs in a timely manner. We have been coming to the fix it shop for at least five years and have been very happy with all the repairs and the costs are very reasonable !! ❤️❤️❤️
