No welcome greeting when walking in, standing in line to see teller no acknowledgement just made eye contact and I assumed it was ok for me to walk up to them. I said thank you for their service and didn’t get not even a your welcome.
These workers need to smile and greet as customers walk in!!

Yamelet is amazing, I have never met her in person because I have never had an issue with Frost since I started banking with them. I know though on my birthday every year she’s calling me, what a fantastic team at Frost Bank. Cordell is fantastic too!

Griselda N. took my phone call on Christmas Eve and went above and beyond to help me solve my issue.
She kept me on hold while she worked on solving my issue and kept me updated on what she was doing the whole time. Through out the time she was helping me, all I could think of was how 99% of other people would have not have kept trying to help me solve my problem. Griselda is a huge asset to Frost Bank and the service she provided is why my family banks with Frost. Thank you again Griselda!

I have nothing but good things to say about this branch.The tellers are always courteous and friendly but businesslike and efficient.I'm old school - I like to interact with people when it comes to my money, and I like a local bank without tons of unnecessary risky financial exposure to "world markets" or whatever the newest shiny thing is.I also appreciate that there are NO plexiglass barriers between the customers and the staff. Kudos!

They charge $8/month for a checking account, impossible to deposit money 50% of the time, because their only avaliable ATM is broken every 1,5 weeks. I do a 30 minute drive every 1,5 weeks for nothing. Waiting for an other bank's card in the mail, can't wait to be done with this.

They do not process Auto Loans at branches. I am buying a truck from my company and the banks policy is seller has to be present in branch. Signing partner of said company would have to drive 4.5hrs to sign a few papers. Opened account last week and closing this week. Also, there is not an online loan application. It is in Person or on the Phone....

My accounts where closed because of fraud activity on my account. I went into the branch and had them open new accounts for me.. I could not update my new account numbers in time to recieve my direct deposit from my employer into the new accounts. Frost told me they can hold the funds for 24 hours and I can request them be sent to my new accounts. It has been 3 days and now they are saying it will take another 3 to 4 days because the original banker did not classify the request properly. I have called every day and this is the first time they told me it was done improperly and the first time someone over there changed it to the correct way. I am very displeased with this level of support from Frost.

We have been banking with Frost Bank, New Braunfels office since 2013 and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with them. The staff is always so friendly and professional and makes us always feel welcome. They really do try to get to know you and make banking with them a personal experience. Larry Hammonds, Tracy Bittner, Dollie and the rest of the New Braunfels office team are wonderful to work with. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
