I have been using Gear Stop since they opened, always have my front side windows tinted, bug deflectors installed, bed liners etc. They have always done a great job for me. Today I had them install front Fox Leveling Coilovers on my 2023 F150. They did a great job with the install and I'm completely satisfied with their work. Measurements are right one with what Fox says they should be.

I called to get a quote on window tint for a Tesla Model 3. I was told over the phone $499. I went to drop off the car and was told it would be additional $299 for the rear window! WOW Horrible customer service. The guy behind the counter could care less that I left and took my business's somewhere else. He could care less that I was quoted wrong over the phone and made no effort to make it right. Based on some other reviews they may want to do some customer service training.

I did the bedliner on my truck and it came out perfect. The staff was super friendly and helpful I would recommend anyone to come here.

Horrible customer service. I ordered several parts for my new Ford truck and was told they would call me when they came in. Never called me. I had to call them weeks later to find out if the parts came in. They said yes. I went by to pick them up and they only gave me part of the order. They said they had to look for the remainder of the parts but that they would call me back. A week later I had to call them again. The rep who told me he would look for them and call me back never did. The female on the phone said he was still looking for them. A week later? I still have not received a call back.

Great job on my Jeep!I took my Jeep here to replace the stock bumpers, install a Smittybilt winch, and relocate my license plate to the spare tire. Everybody was helpful from Cassandra at the front to Travis and the other guy who made sure it all was installed correctly. So glad my salesman (Jose) at Bluebonnet recommended them.This is the only place I will take my Jeep. Fair prices for the superb work. They treat women fairly. I will be back when it's time to upgrade my tires and wheels and my other mods. Thanks, Gear Stop!

Let me first say this review is in regards to a product, not the folks at Gear Stop. Although I thought I'd post it here since when I complained about the quality of a bed cover and how it didn't prevent dust or water I was told that it's from the tailgate and not the cover. So that being said I've taken some pictures of water and soap from a car wash, the area of the tailgate is the ONLY area not soaked. No returns, so my only recourse is a bad review. Between the damaged gear and cost of the cover I'm out close to $5000.00To clear up any confusion this is a Roll-NLock A series retractable bed cover that has been installed maybe a month and a half.

Ordered $250 neoprene seat covers. Special order. The seat covers covered up all the controls on my electric control panel on the left side of my drivers seat. Am very disappointed in the workmanship of this place. And the entire seat was not neoprene
