I have not had a bad experience with this pharmacy. If anything they go above and beyond to make sure you get your prescription(s) promptly. They can mail them out to you if you can't pick them up, they can also put them in a handy container that organizes them for you so you don't forget to take your meds and it helps you keep your meds protected from being lost or stolen. Ethan, has been great. He's fairly new pharmacist but he is amazing and Genoa should be grateful to have him on their staff. He's patient with all of the patients that come by to pick up medication, and not all are so understanding. But, he makes sure they leave calm and understanding why certain
medication has to be picked up at a specific time, not any earlier. I appreciate his patience when not too many people would have handled the lengthy misunderstanding about specific meds. Anyway, the staff is especially wonderful. They are always kind and welcoming. Willing to help, and knowledgeable, and I not there are not afraid to ask for the answer. They work hard to get my medications ready and they call me to ask if I need my refills, like said amazing pharmacy. Costs are within my low-income range. There nothing bad to say.

Becky & Linda run the show! They ARE BOSSES!!! They do the jobs that it would normally otherwise take 4 busy bees too handle… KEEP UP THE GOoD WOrK!!! ????I’ve have yet to meet the doctors but i heard wonderful reviews from patients and customers that love Dr. James! ????????Thank you Genoa Health Care!BIG things happening! ???? —-????
