My husband got a haircut there today and was not happy at all. He wanted scissors instead of clippers. She used clippers. She didn't speak English very well. She kept calling me over to try to do things, take his hearing aids out. He told her he didn't like the haircut but she said he had his head turned wrong. I said he will turn his head if you tell him. But, it happened so we will wait for Veronica next time.

It won't matter if you tell the person, and show them what haircut that you want, they will still cut it the way they want. Too short!

I have a particular stylist cut my hair.
She consistently gives me great haircuts.
I wear a cochlear implant and a hearing aid. I remove them while getting my hair cut, so I can't hear anything.
She respects that and doesn't insist on trying to have a conversation.
I also appreciate the discounts that come on my phone occasionally.
With the savings I can afford to leave a bigger tip.

It was awful. I made appointment on line waiting 40 minutes. Got there and still had to wait 30 more minutes. Only 3 hair styles.

Caridad is officially my new hairstylist of choice at Great Clips. She, through sheer stylist artistry, deftly turned what had started off as a haircut gone way bad into what's become my new haircut of choice. Caridad is one bad ass hairstylist. She's definitely my go to from now on! I recommend her, and Great Clips at Westpointe Village, unreservedly.
