This place is an absolute joke of a grocery store. The staff is some of the rudest I’ve ever encountered—zero professionalism or customer service. You can stand at the meat counter being blatantly ignored while they casually chat, and unless you ring a bell like you’re begging for service, they won’t lift a finger. Strangely, their buddies seem to get VIP treatment without having to wait at all. On top of that, I watched them handle food without gloves—disgusting and completely unsanitary. I asked to speak with a manager, and the employees flat-out refused. Clearly, they don’t care about customers or basic hygiene. If this is what passes for acceptable at this dump, I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst Fish Market - 3rd time I’ve bought fish from the fresh fish case and reeks of ammonia/slimy when I got home.
Fish is something you cook the day you buy it so then you have no dinner. Disgusting and frustrating

I thought that I would never find a grocery store to rival Jewel in Chicago. But I did! H-E-B has everything Jewel does and more!

They have Power windows being pushy and rude trying to sell me windows as I am trying to leave the store. Hopefully it’s just this HEB otherwise I will need to go to Wal Mart so I don’t get treated rudely by vendors. Ridiculous.
