Dr. Hickson is a great doctor of internal medicine and very respected in New Braunfels. She has moved and I hope to get her new address and info very soon.

Dr. Hickson studies your bloodwork & symptoms carefully & helps you come to good options. She sends you on to other Specialists if you need them. She also helps you fight billing charges where you were over charged. She is a thoughtful caring doctor who uses her knowledge to help her patients stay as healthy as they can. She always listens to you.

Absolutely total incompetence...I tried to get in to see this dr. filled out all the paperwork, gave them my insurance info, took a good half day or more to make sure it was all in the order that they required..Did all that then, to find out Dr. Hickson is booked a year out in advance, also to find out oh we don't take your insurance, and to tell me oh we don't even have your paperwork that I faxed to them..Total waste of my time..and no apology on their part. I cant believe the rudeness and total disregard with her office staff.

Such a loving and caring Physician.
One Sunday I saw her in a store and she took the time to stop and ask how I was doing. When I see her in her office she's not trying to rush me. She takes the time to ask questions and to explain all my tests. What a blessing she is to me.
