Hill Country Customs did an amazing job on my Ford Edge! I was driving up the hill on 337 at night when the truck in the left lane hit a deer who then caught air and landed straight down on my hood! They replaced my hood, most of my grill and headlights and a few things under the hood that was messed up from the impact and then painted! My front end looks brand new! They even found a Ford emblem for the front of the grill I lost a long time ago! Ashton was great to work with! This is my second time there and both experiences were very satisfactory. Thank you, Ashton and company!

Seems strange, leaving a five star review simply because the guy did his job, but I feel so fortunate to have this company providing service in our area. He was the second towing company that AAA called to simply on my car. The first company, big E apparently didn’t know which direction to turn the Lugnuts so happy to have an actual tradesmen working for Hillcountry!

We have been stranded since 7 PM and a driver was super late. Didn’t show up till 10:15 PM. He proceeded to throw lots of of attitude the second he stepped out of the truck. He was trying to Dictate where we needed to tow our own vehicle. He then said some more insanely rude things took a picture of our vehicles license plate and told us he was gonna get paid through AAA still and left us on the side of the road.

I rarely review but they did a tow for me and both the person on the phone and the tow truck driver were absolutely great. Will definitely use them again when needed.

Wish I would have gotten our driver’s name. We were stranded with 2 flats on a Sunday night in San Marcos and USAA sent us a tow from Hill Country Customs. Efficient, professional and kind. We felt safe and well taken care of. Perfect experience. Highly recommend.

Think twice before doing business with this company. And when you are done thinking - think twice again because you will be encountering uneducated and ignorant with obvious mental health challenges directed your way. Emphasis on ignorant.

This place is a joke. They had my truck for months and gave it back to me with a blown control arm. I suggest doing a walk through after any repairs. I’m glad I caught the control arm issue before my 500 mile road trip. They couldn’t source the wheels and apparently my offset was rocket science to the guys in the back. Wish the repair work was as good as the customer service up front but unfortunately it wasn’t.

Hillcountry Custom is taking advantage of us after an accident, Buy refuseing to tow The truck 8 miles down the road back to the house. Instead, they wanted to make extra money towing and storing the totaled vehicle. The bill now exceeds what the vehicle is worth due to distance towed and one day storage. Hillcountry customs when you roll it across the scale or sell it for parts, you will be reminded of the hardship you have caused a local family after an already tragic accident To make an extra buck.
