In one instance, an assistant manager went far above and beyond to help a customer, climbing a ladder to retrieve graduation decorations not yet out on the floor. This kind of effort makes it the place many go to whenever they get the chance. Some note that items can be expensive with wonky sales from week to week, though others find just what they need on sale.
