We were FLABBERGASTED by the terrible customer service. We went yesterday and as we’re walking in at 145pm one of the employees yells “WE’RE CLOSED!.” Me and my grandma apologize but then see the sign on the door with the hours and they close at 2pm. My grandma then says “we’ll be less than five minutes” and one of the employees responds “‘make it quick!” During our less than ten minutes there they turned away multiple people and even told one customer that was still going to come in because he was aware of the time and when they closed, “you better know what you want.” We’ve come to this thrift store before and had no issues but this was the first time we came close to closing time. There were at least three employees and they all acted the same way, seeing no error in their behavior/attitude and showing disdain and making rude comments to anyone who dared to come in during that time frame. There was literally an employee at the door ready to lock it the instant it was 2pm. They had also switched the sign to “closed” on the window before 2pm (we left at 155pm). This experience left such a bad taste in my mouth and makes me question how they have all the awards on the banner that they hang out front.

It's an okay thrift shop with quite a bit of variety but not one I would drive out of my way to visit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have donated countless times here, I finally went inside to take a look around and maybe buy a few things. I was met with rudeness and was talked down to. The ladies that work here at the register were very rude to my family and I and will not donating or purchasing from them ever again.

I’ve been to so many thrift stores lately and the prices are like you’re buying new, but not at this store. I went on Thursday and all the clothes were half off so I got a couple tops and a pair of pants for less than $8. The staff is so nice too. There wasn’t a ton of stuff to be honest, but the prices were great. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Finally got around to checking out hope hospice, the lady's who work there are very kind and helpful. I like their clothes prices but I feel like their shoes and purse prices can sometimes be outrageous for a thrift store. Otherwise found some good vintage finds

I LOVE going to thrift stores. It's what my mommy and I used to do together and since June 10th was her birthday, this one's for her.I didn't realize why I was in such a pale mood when I walked through the doors of this place. That all went away 6" into the store because I was meet with the most sincere," Hello! :) Welcome to Hope Hospice. So glad to see you! ". And I mean as sincere as me hugging my own children after not having seen them for any amount of time. As sincere as your dog is happy to see you when you come home from work. You just can't help smiling back at them. The biggest thing I love about thrift stores, are the prices. However, it seems that ALL pawn shops and thrift stores have forgotten this and are now playing a more selfish roll and they price everything as if it's the ok only place on earth where you can get these random things. Not here!! The prices are like that thing that makes you come back. Like that one good good shot.I didn't buy much but left feeling wonderful about myself as they said, "God bless you" long before I did. How cool is that? If you've never gone, go!!

I stopped in because the store sign said open, lights were on and people were shopping. Come in, and a woman standing in the middle of the walkway as if she were a linebacker tells me that "they're closed, they close at 5". I didn't even know, but I look at my phone and it read 4:55. I was confused. How are y'all already closed if you close at 5:00 and it's 4:55? She said they were volunteers and were wanting to get out. Didn't let me shop. Little does she know that I can find something in 5 mins, trust me, and it helps the cause. Anyway... in order to avoid pissing off people trying to spend money and support your cause, why don't you: A) don't sign up to volunteer if you don't want to be there. B) turn the open sign around so it reads closed at your desired time to close. C) change your schedule to one that allows you to leave at the time you want. Like wtaf? Well that's one way to volunteer... The cause is good so I do appreciate their cause, just not the attitude.

The sweetest ladies run this place! Always happy with my finds. Good collection of items for sale. And they run a lot of different sales all the time. Also, much better than shopping at Goodwill as the money actually goes to helping people.
