Horrible experience. Waited in line to pickup and was told my order was cancelled. Manager said that there was nothing that he could do, despite having 5 of the items in stock. Offered me to purchase at 250% markup--also the "new" price online during a 4 hour period since I ordered. Waste of time and then wasted another 30 min on phone with international, unhelpful customer service. Was told that I had cancelled my own order....which I had not. And then that the item is out of stock and unable to be purchased...also false per my store visit. On another note, I tried to buy these Sephora items last month and the credit card machine was out for the remaining 4 hours of store hours, so clerk asked to come back the next day. Today was my final straw with them. Completely inefficient.

Went to Sephora in Kohl's and the customer service is so below par compared to others I have been in. 3 sales associates working on one display. The item I needed was not in stock, no offer to look up the item to see when it will be in stock or other stores that may have it. They were only interested in their display. Looks like a boss was there and they were trying to please her instead. Disappointed

The women's show selection was very sparse. Probably due to post-holiday lack of stock but that's the reason for my visit. The employees were helpful in directing me to the proper department and the store looked very neat and clean so no complaints otherwise.

Beware if you have kohl's cash, then have to return an item because they don't have a replacement, they will take your kohl's cash because of the return! Won't shop there again!!

This store has a really good selection of clothing and also discounted items. The people who work here are very friendly as well. I went to this one area that had discounted clothes, and I had gotten so many blouses, and I think by the time I walked out I paid maybe spend just under $100. I was so happy!!!?

Had an awesome experience the associate that help me with sweaters I bought, had no problem finding the sizes needed. The store is nice and neat. Even though they were rearranging some merchandise that did not impact our shopping. The cashier was fairly new but new exactly what she was doing also very polite and helpful.

Mostly go here to return my Amazon packages (please note to follow the orange signs, they movesld their return section). The staff is always friendly and their clothes are always tempting. Other than that, I wouldn't shop here just because we buy everything online now. However, kudos to those who still like to shop in person!

Customers, beware, checked your garments after purchase because the associates, leave dye pack senors in the pockets of your garments. I was lucky they didnt burst in the pocket, and damage my garment. "Good luck trying to return that.
