Horrible experience. They will make you wait for 1-2 hours. The check in system is also routinely broken, so they are unable to notify you by text when they are ready for you.
Frontdesk is overworked, her attitude is generally dismissive towards people who are right to complain. Her excuse is staffing, that's not appropriate to communicate to customers.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had getting labs done… walked in The receptionist is very nice but once I went to the back I had to wiat for someone to help me..she was very rude but instead of wrapping my arm as they should do she put the Gauze and a litte Band-Aid on my arm where she took blood as I was walking to my car it started to shoot out blood and the Band-Aid fell off I will not be coming back here

Insanely understaffed, website rarely works and when it does the only appointments are weeks out so you have no choice but to go in as a walk-in and wait 45 min to an hour. They don’t even acknowledge your existence so you have no clue how long you are going to have to wait. Never ever answer phones.

I came in for a 3-hour glucose tolerance test and had a great experience. The staff was professional, kind, and efficient. Despite being busy, they saw me right on time every hour and got me on the first stick each time. Excellent service all around ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I did not have a long wait time and I got here at around 9:07 AM. I walked in and completed the express check-in first. That was easy and no issues. Afterwards, I was greeted by Ms. Samantha at the front desk whom was so friendly and professional. I was then helped by Ms. Cynthia. She was so kind and drew my blood well. I can be a “hard stick” so I’m told but she managed to do it and do it quickly. I highly recommend this location. Great location. Great staff. Amazing service.

I used the mobile check in option and was taken to get my labs right on time! The receptionist and Cynthia were very friendly. It was a great experience!

Came for lab tests. They have evaporated almost all human interaction from the process. If you want to hang out in their very uncomfortable waiting area, don't do everything ahead of time on-line. If you do all of the human processes for them, it will be relatively straight forward and only moderately expensive. Wow, that was a higher deductible than I anticipated. The staff are friendly, but you can tell they are amazingly process managed. I would really hate to have their job. The bio version of a manufacturing line. Final warning: the parking is TIGHT and narrow. Be very careful driving in that area.

Phenomenal! I have an insane amount of labs I need done every three months this year. Booking online was easy. Samantha is so kind and helpful. Had great experiences with each phlebotomist. I felt extremely cared for even when I almost passed out ?. There isn’t another lab corp in New Braunfels so expect it to be busy. Making appointments helps! They all do their best to make things run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

My wife had her blood drawn there the other day and had a great experience. Yes they get busy in the office but there is only 2 staff members working the site, so maybe you might have to wait a bit once in awhile. However, they are friendly, efficient, and they do a great job.

There is nothing I love more than scheduling an appointment and then waiting and waiting and waiting. I scheduled for 1330; it’s 1345. There are at least three more people in front of me and one of them has been waiting for 40 mins, and they, too, scheduled an appointment. I can see no reason for the delay and the staff seem to be moving at a relaxed pace. To the point that they don’t appear to have a receptionist. (There’s a sign that if you’ve been here for 30 mins say something, but no one to say anything to!) In addition, I’m trying to figure out how to file a complaint in the lab corps site and there is no customer service section. Do not recommend this location, folks might have better luck other places.

Receptionist could only give the price you have to pay and couldn’t give an estimate of what they’re charging insurance. I was confused with how much I owed since I am out of pocket maximum for the year. I was welcome to call billing to figure it out what they’re charging, she just couldn’t say anything else.Then I get told you’re in room room 2. Then I sat down and waited to be called back. Normally behind a locked door with someone leading you. Not this receptionist. She unlocked the door and just asked patient after patient to come back and find their room. After realizing she meant for me to just go to the room I asked, “oh was I supposed to just walk back there?”I got some sort of yes and that was all.

I drove all the way from Cibolo to the clinic at 8 a.m. for an appointment to find a sign on the door. They didn't even have the courtesy to call or cancel our appointments. I will never book with this location again.
