I go here occasionally only because it is in my way home. The inventory system is either non-existent or broken. The hardware section is devoid of half the inventory. I had a very difficult time finding ANY metric nuts. I find this to be true very often. I had the same experience with spark plugs, and for PVC fittings. Don't bother checking online either. It will say they have your part but when you get there they won't. Go to Home Depot.

Always very rude workers here and a lot of workers that avoid customers just walking around doing nothing. The worker at the return desk (Ashlee) is very rude and miserable. Go to Home Depot instead, they have much better customer service and attitudes.

I placed a large kitchen and bathroom cabinet order. They completely messed up over half of the order. Finally got that situation taken care of and went to return 1 left over item and Payton and Madison was very unprofessional.

I drove from Houston to new Braunfels to help my 82-year-old mother with some chores around the house. I went to the Lowe’s in new Braunfels to purchase a new garbage disposal, some lightbulbs and a replacement closet rod. They only sell closet rods by length And no longer have a saw on the molding aisle so you can cut the pieces down. I asked for help at the Pro Desk and the man said their panel saw is broken. He said they don’t let us cut things anymore. I went to the front and asked to talk to the manager.Cy came out of his office and told me nope. We don’t do that. I said, is that it that’s your solution? He said yep we don’t cut things. I asked him where the closest Home Depot is and left my cart full of stuff with him.

I’ve been a satisfied customer of LOWES for many years until this day. When moving to Texas from Michigan, I made the decision to purchase a backup generator. I bought a Honda Generator from the Jasper Lowe’s. My motorhome encountered some issues so prepped the generator and started it. It didn’t run properly and smoked badly. After a couple weeks passed I found the time to return it or exchange it. They simply didn’t care or try to help and sent me down the road. After speaking with a so called customer service manager person, I was informed that I could contact the manufacturer and get a RA “ return authorization “ I’m disappointed but realized the few spoiled it for the rest. It’s going to be returned even if it cost me more money. It’s a HONDA EU 2200 . Normally a one pull start generator but as I went to take a video, it wouldn’t start.
