Bob was awesome communicating with me about the mattresses and directing me to his wife Stephanie who was also very professional walked us thru the different mattress firmness and educated us on how bad our mattress really was ? the application and approval process was easy and fast took less than 30 mins to get a brand new mattress will definitely recommend!!!! Stephanie and Bob are both awesome! Bob got me in with a last minute appointment and Stephanie was very knowledgeable and informative! She helped me picked the perfect mattress and their prices can't be beat by anyone!! I definitely recommend!

Very friendly people, mattress’ are brand new and of good quality... and the best part is the price. How they keep over all cost lost and product quality high is awesome! If you need a new mattress and don’t want to deal with the hassle of a credit card or pushy sale people this is the place to go.

I stumbled upon Mattress By Appointment and Bob and Stephanie were amazing. My wife and I had been looking for a bed but we couldnt get approved for financing. I spoke with Bob and he said to come on in and we'll get you approved.I made an appointment for 2:00pm and Stephanie met us promptly. As soon as we went into their showroom our bed jumped out at us. It was perfect and so was the transaction. Just like Bob said, they got us approved and I am currently laying on the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned.Thank yall so much,Topher and Jami
