Smaller version of the big box home building/maintenance stores but with all the assistance you don’t get st the big box stores. They answer the phone, get back to you promptly when necessary, and are actually happy to help!

AJ is phenomenal. My husband and I first met AJ at the Business Expo put on by the chamber. We came in for a big ask and AJ delivered! Thank you for supporting our community. My husband also ordered deck boards and some other items. Customer service is excellent. We most definitely will be back. Looking forward to working with these guys more.
Before even entering the establishment, I was trying to open my trunk and one of the employees offered to help seeing I had an infant in my arms.
All around great service, great people and great products 👍 We can't thank y'all enough!

I own a small fencing and decking business here in New Braunfels. As you can imagine I'm making trips to the lumber yard multiple times a week if not multiple times a day. AJ the store manager and his team are top notch. The guys are quick to help me load out in the yard with a good attitude and work ethic. The cashier's are always more than helpful and Aj, Jason, and other management have personally helped me navigate transferring materials I need from one store to another or are always willing to do whatever in their power to make sure my materials are delivered to my jobs on time and well coordinated.
I avoid the big box stores, (lowes/HD) like the plague because after dealing with the level of customer service they provide at my McCoys, it's frustrating to do business with anyone else because they don't come close.
Big thanks to AJ and everyone under his outstanding leadership. Y'all have earned a lifetime customer

We ordered a Priefert corral unit through one of their regional sales reps who worked with McCoy's in New Braunfels to make this all happen. It did take over 3 weeks to get the unit of supplies, but we knew that upfront. We were contacted by the manager that it was in, and a date and time for delivery was agreed upon. Eric arrived promptly after calling us with his arrival time with the delivery which was all securely prebundled. He did a super efficient job of unloading everything exactly where we wanted it. We chatted just a bit about our pieces and he was back on his way. Everyone we worked with for our project to this point has been very conscientious and courteous.
Don't hesitate to work with McCoy's in New Braunfels - they are most helpful and efficient.

McCoys free delivery over $50 has made it possible to do so much more at my house! It has literally enabled me in the last few months to build a backyard chicken coop, and build a new wall in my house capable of supporting a big wardrobe. New Braunfels McCoys is actually delivering big pieces of drywall today so I can finish that project up. Transporting the big things (12 ft pieces of wood, cattle panels, 10ft pieces of dry wall) have stood in my way of getting things done for a long time. Having this delivery service has opened the door for me to do so many more home projects with my own two hands. I will be forever grateful for the delivery service - and for the amazing customer service at McCoys!!! (Both New Braunfels and San Marcos McCoys have offered this amazing delivery and customer service to me - so I will make sure to post this at both locations).

Great service! Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me.
The same day delivery was so easy and arrived well ahead of the estimated time.

As a local business owner, I appreciate their hard work and dedication. I recently had to make a custom order. Everybody in store was great to work with. The delivery driver Johnathan had a great attitude, 100% dedicated to customer service and even when there was a mixup with some things in my order the manager from the store made sure everything was fixed. I just wanna give a shout out to Jonathan and everybody at the store for helping me. I will be using McCoys more than the other two big box stores that normally shop at.

I am a local builder and let me say switching to Mccoys for lumber packages is the best decision.
AJ made the process simple providing layouts, handling last minute changes and modifications with courtesy and promptness.
The good customer service and quick delivery is refreshing.
