Do you know why Mortgage Inc has 5 out of 5 stars? Other than the practical, they get your home loans done, the biggest reason is because they care about each and every one of their clients! They work tirelessly to achieve your goals because to them you’re more than paperwork, you’re apart of their family.
My story is like many other fellow military families and Texans across the state-we have a beautiful blended family. Between lengthy court battles and Covid, our credit score suffered dramatically. Every mortgage company we went to before Mortgage Inc not only didn’t listen to us, saw us as a number and didn’t care to help. After being denied by multiple mortgage companies, I did a last Hail Mary Google search for mortgage companies that are willing to work with less than perfect credit, Mortgage Inc. was on the top of the list. I already felt defeated, but I submitted my online application for an interest in working with them and within an hour I was reached out to by John. I told him upfront that we did not have a perfect credit score and he said that’s OK which was completely different than anything I had heard in the last three weeks of searching for a lender for a new home. He took the time out of his day to not only reassure me that we’re not bad people, but that he can actually help us achieve homeownership. Within a month we closed on our dream home. Everyone we’ve gotten in contact with at Mortgage Inc. has been nothing but kind and professional. They care. That is something extremely rare to come by in this industry.
I highly recommend this company to anyone whether you have perfect credit, less than perfect credit, or you just need someone to listen to you and help guide you through the process of buying a home.
They are military friendly, and a down home Texas company with traditional values and an amazing moral compass.

I cant explain the fear and apprehension I had going into to make such a large purchase on our house. Dustin and his team not only got us the deal we were dreaming of, but provided us with continuous communication, advice and explanation throughout every step of the process, through every question and from start to. even after closing. I have more properties and work to do and after this first deal with Dustin and his team and how they handled everything, I will absolutely be using them again moving forward for all of my mortgage needs and hands down would recommend them to anyone else reading this or asking me for direction.
