TLDR - DO NOT USE THE AIR/VACCUM UNLESS YOU WANNA FIGHT FOR A REFUND
Tried to use the vacuum here today. I paid for it and it started running, but no air was being sucked into the tube. So I went to the counter to let them know, and they tried to find every way to blame the problem on me.
“You didn’t pay enough” - I paid with card
“We didn’t have anyone else complain about it today” - Cool? Nobody else used it today maybe? I’m not a moron. I know how to use a card reader and press the vacuum button.
I had to ask them multiple times to come outside to see that it’s not working. He finally did, finally realized what I was saying, and gave me the refund in cash. Horrible customer service. Should have came out instantly to access and try to fix the problem before throwing the blame on me. They could use some customer service training here. :/

Only go to this gas station if you don’t plan on getting any gas. Can’t ever seem to get the card reader to work with any number of cards.

Management needs to train “Raven” and other employees on accepting ALL LEGAL forms of ID. Not just a Drivers License. Other VALID forms of ID would be a State Identification card or Passport! Shheeesh! Common Sense is common as Ignorance!

The manager here is extremely rude and says she doesn't have to sell me or my husband cigarettes. The policy says they card people not wearing a mask under 41. I buy gas and cigarettes every day at this location . I am 44 with grey hair and wrinkles , clearly old enough to buy beer , let alone a pack of cigarettes. Every employee is courteous and professional. I would have put 1 star because of the manager hereby gave 3 because of everyone else who works there. This manager needs more training if this is called customer service.
