I participate in the Strong 4 Life group workout three times a week and it is not an exaggeration to say it has been life changing. No matter if you are new to fitness, coming back to the gym after an absence, or are a seasoned athlete, there is a place for you here at Sporthalle. All the coaches are wonderful and they are able to design and modify programs for every level of fitness so no need to feel intimidated. While Sporthalle is a gym, it is also a community of caring people who train individuals physically but also nurture the mind and spirit. I highly recommend the Sporthalle gym community.

Excellent Team of coaches. Everyone was open and inviting. Made me feel right at home, even though I am not an athlete or gym regular. Highly recommend if you are looking for a friendly and supportive group.

I have always been intimated by weights, so stepping into Sportahlle was a huge step for me. I took a one on one session with Hailey, the owner of Sprothalle. She took the time to listen to my history with movement and injuries. The workout we went through was so much more approachable than I ever imagined it could be. I learned the details of how to accomplish different lifts. With Haileys watchful eye and encouraging demeanor I felt safe, motivated and dare I say strong?! I have quickly learned that this is not just a gym but a family. You feel it as soon as you walk in. The goal isn’t to compete with anyone around you, but to move well for life. The atmosphere, community and top notch instruction are just a few of the things that make this place so amazing. If you’re on the fence, uncertain of this is doable for you, or just wondering what all the buzz is about, don’t hesitate to book a session!!!

I’ve been a member for about a month, usually at one of the early classes. I have enjoyed my experience in this gym in a way I’ve never really enjoyed a gym before. The sense of community is palpable. The other members and coaches are fun and welcoming. The programming leaves you feeling at times like “I got this! I’m strong!” and at other times really pushes you and leaves you feeling like “I have a lot of work to do but this is a good place to do it.” The coaches have been very knowledgeable and helpful as this really is my first intro to CrossFit and I started with a pre-existing knee injury. If you are looking for quality coaching, a fun and encouraging community, and a beautiful space, then I could not recommend NB CrossFit highly enough!

I have worked out at Crossfit boxes throughout the US and the world and Fitness Lab CrossFit is one of if not the best box I have ever workout at ever! Clean(very clean), organized, great members and well coached. Love my new home!!

Awesome experience since the day I walked through the door to check it out! Was looking for a community-focused box after moving from out-of-state. I went to one other box and knew where I wanted to train. Had been sporadically training since I started my masters over a year and a half ago. Had been much more serious before that. I'm slowly getting back in shape and am really enjoying this box, Hailey's programming, and, most importantly, the people associated with the gym, both coaches and fellow athletes. I haven't missed a day since I started, except for travel. You can't go wrong with this place!

First, I was a trainer here...and then I became part owner. This place is incredible. The people, the coaches, the kids, the dogs, the attitudes, the positivity. Everything about this place is everything a person would want in a training facility.You're not getting better Strength & Conditioning. You're not getting better recovery methodology. You would have to travel far to get the type of mobility work, breath work, and movement efficiency talk that gets put out here. I put my life on that.

Amazing group of coaches that always make you feel comfortable and work with you specifically in where you are in your fitness journey. The members of Sporthalle work as a team to celebrate accomplishments, help you through tough workouts, and are all around fantastic people. If you are looking for a group and place that pushes you to be better, this is where it’s at!
