I had my Chevy Silverado serviced here a while back and had pet hair. Told them if they can remove it and they said it’ll be extra, which was no problem. However when I received my truck back there was still pet hair all on my seats. Would never come back again

Paid them a fortune for a full auto detail inside and out. Asked them to clean the engine and the undercarriage and remove the seats to clean all around the floor and underneath the seats. Basically just got a car wash outside and wipe down inside. Didn’t clean the engine, undercarriage or remove the seats like I specifically asked but still charged me for all of it. Found someone on Craigslist that came out the same day and took care of all of it for me for a fraction of what this place charged me. Not the way to run a business. Definitely would not recommend prestige auto detailing!!!Services: Auto detailing

I took my truck down to Baja a few months ago. While taking some off road trails at speed, the trail got a bit narrow. My truck looked like I had taken sandpaper to it.Art and Candido at NB Prestige made my truck look like new again! I don’t take any of my vehicles anywhere else for a reason!

Phenomenal work! The team removed scratches and scuffs before installing paint protection film over the whole front half of the car, then detailed the vehicle and even went the extra mile to ensure areas of the bumper not covered by the standard kit were covered. It is I-35 proof now! Extremely happy with the service!

This place was amazing! I wish I had before photos but if you can imagine the amount of hair from 3 Corgis and a Husky after a long road trip - that’s pretty much what the entire back of my Jeep looked like… a giant ball of dog hair. After picking up my Jeep and sitting in / looking around, I went back into the shop and told them I had a problem. THERE WAS NO DOG HAIR. I was told that they would be able to get up to 95% of the hair and there wasn’t a single strand. I am extremely impressed and by far the best detail this dog Jeep has ever gotten.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Last year I had Prestige, 1. Apply full front end PPF, and 2. Apply ceramic coating to entire truck. Went in this week for my 1 year inspection and ceramic boost application. Extremely happy with the results! I trust these guys with paint protection work, the BEST. 1st photo from last year, 2nd & 3rd photo this week...Service: Auto detailing

I took my car in to get some vinyl wrap removed and to get my car polished in Jan 2022. I picked up the car three days after I dropped it off. While my car was in his shop, all 4 of my taillights were cracked/damaged. The owner of NB prestige refused to accept that he or his staff did this damage even though my car was in perfect condition when I brought it in. Do not take your car here.Services: Car waxing

Nice place and staff. Did an excellent job on our Sienna exterior wash and wax. I hung out in the waiting area while they serviced the car and it was very nice. Good prices too.

A gift certificate from a friend is how I found NB Prestige. An elite interior cleaning had to be a chore for them. Excellent job and to boot, wonderful customer service after an electronic hiccup happened. Art and Candido, thank you.
