Excellent library! Books for sale as you enter, separate children's area with a bird room, play area in library, great staff that's friendly, well organized, clean and so many features offered!

Such a great resource! The staff are helpful and kind and they have a great selection of kids books. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there isn't much for young kids like pre walking age. They have books for us to read to him obviously cause it's a library but the play toys are geared more for older kids which I'm sure we'll love when he's older.

New Braunfels library is a great place! There are lots of programs and resources. They are open 7 days a week. I like that they text me before my books are due to remind me or renew. I love it!

Nice selection of books and periodical materials. Library is nicely laid out and has an excellent kids section. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Today I had a terrible experience trying to print 3 pages of papers only 3 simple papers it shouldn’t be this difficult to print out 3 papers and it shouldn’t take over 30 minutes to try and print 3 papers and these 2 ladies working at the desk one had shorter blond hair and the other lady had medium straight length hair, they were just watching us struggle just standing there while we was trying to send the emails through there system, the library needs better computers and the employees mainly the ladies need better attitudes

Very helpful & friendly staff, computers always available for use, clean restrooms. However! They should not limit use of study rooms to once wk when they are not in use for hours. It's a waste & deprive the public from using them as they are vacant.

The library (both) has become my 2nd home away from home. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful... above and beyond the normal and makes me feel very very welcome.
This is an icon for all business relations to follow. The library has always been like this and always seems to better itself with time. ?
