Came here to enjoy our anniversary. We got the chicken Alfredo and it had a little too much sauce and a little thick. Service was great and the atmosphere is nice, just didn't enjoy the food as much!

We have been here several times. The food is usually great. However this time we ordered a large pizza. It was not done in the middle. The crust was so soggy. Very disappointed.

Waited nearly 15 minutes after being seated to see seen and that was after I flagged someone down. Yes they were busy but a table seated after us got their water, wine and food order in before we even saw a server. Food came quickly and was decent. Waitress comped a thin slice of cheesecake.I've got a hard time forgiving bad service though. May try again but not anytime soon

My boyfriend and I went to Noli's for dinner on Saturday (3/2/24), and as my star review shows, it was just okay.We ordered the fried calamari for a starter, and it was sub-par. The breading was almost inedible due to its extreme saltiness. Also, the calamari itself was tough, like it was frozen when it wasn't fresh, thawed out, and then fried. I spat out a piece that was like shoe leather. Our entrees came with a choice of soup or salad, so we chose the soup. That, too, was disappointing. The broth was too spicy for my boyfriend, and borderline too spicy for me. It was unclear what kind of soap it was, though our waitress said it was "chicken vegetable soup" when we asked. There was a lot of stuff in the soup, just a modge podge of veggies and old-tasting chicken. Our entrees were very good. We had the salmon piccata and the shrimp alfredo. Both were very tasty and made well. However, the shrimp still had tails on them. Noli's is expensive, and we thought the kitchen should have taken the extra step to completely peel the shrimp for the price we paid. The knotted garlic breadsticks were good, and the glass of merlot I drank was excellent. So, is Noli's worth the price? Not for me. The appetizer, entrees, and wine cost us just over $80. That's too much for mediocre food. However, the atmosphere and service were very good, and maybe it's worth going to Noli's for that alone.

I love New Braunfels, but very few food places give you that "wow" factor in town, and my brothers in Christ, this place had that wow factor. I went for lunch with my little brother and we shared the sampler appetizers and everything was delicious. Shrimp were large and fried to perfection, calamari were crispy, and the mozzarella cheese sticks slapped. I ordered a stromboli and buddy in the kitchen that made it, made it well. Noli's will definitely enter my rotation of "you know you're going to get good food" places.
