I recommend not have anything copied that takes any changes in the file given to a guy named Max. He does not seem to understand any instructions given. Then does not call with questions when he doesn't understand. Huge waste of my time!!!

Great customer service from Max yesterday! I wasn't sure what toner replacement I needed and he went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend this store and Max.

furst,I have never had to use FedEx... so imtotally lost as to how it works. but I made a few copies at 1211pm... and I stood behind a you g lady getting a detailed project finished. I stood 8 feet away and focused my attention on the Office Depo employee named Jon. there was also another guy at another computer helping another person. so I held a stack of papers with the FedEx label on the top, Angeles for Jon to see and stared at him as he stood,while the lady arranged her project. Jon occasionally conversed with her but refused to acknowledge me, or explain it will take a few minutes, or say where the line is located, or I see you have a FedEx label do you need an envelope. 1238 she was done and I told Jon I never FedEx before but I need help with what to do. I'm sure after two minutes he understood I was not happy. I told him why I stood close and tried to make eye contact. I suggested he might converse with people waiting as just polite customer service. He said but I did wait on you, because the line is over there. horrible service

Good, helpful staff. Fair prices. I go out of my way to shop at this location. Keep up the good work!

The man needed replacement ink for his printer. The store had practically no customers, yet not a soul could be bothered to assist him. We walked out and went to Best Buy.
