This place is so shitty. Came last month to make a quick print, and the selve printing stations were down. I come today and the machines are still down. I don't know how the staff are or anything else about the store, but until those machines aren't fixed, you will only get 1 star from me.

Eager to over charge for copies. Proceed with caution!!! Simply needed basic color copies for 34 pages with only one small logo to be colored and was charged over $160. Every other Office Depot charges $30-50 for same service.

The store has an amazing selection and the sale associate was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
I went I for two desk chair mats to be used in our new home offices medium to high pile carpet to make the chairs able to easily roll about.
Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted and walked directly to the item I came into the store for. The sales associate helped me choose from their selection can carried the items to the checkout register for me. The checkout process was a breeze and the sales associate also carried the purchased item out to my car and loaded them in the back seat for me.

The store is dirty, messy and barely has anything. They only had 2 employees for the whole store and they looked like they didn't want to help anyone. The self service printing area is disgusting. Very dirty. Didn't have any supplies to use like how they used to before (paper cutter, staples, etc) Won't be returning. Fyi. To print a black and white sheet (front/ back) is 20 cents but at the New Braunfels library it's free if you have a library card. So just go there.

After placing an order for printing multiple posters, I received a call the day the order is supposed to be ready that they can’t print some of them because it contains copyright characters on it?
I said we own the copyright to the art and can supply it.
I was told the highest up manager wouldn’t be in to approve it.
I said “okay, can I pick up the rest of my order and be refunded for the items you are unable to provide?”
They said “No, you’d have to cancel and re do the order”
I said “okay, would the order be ready in time today?
They said if you place the order within 30 minutes.
So the only option is to pay for posters I’m not recieving.
An absolute joke of a buisness.

Diane needs a raise. I walked in to get one thing and she showed me a bunch of clearance items some of which I needed some of which I did not. She wasn’t pushy but seemed to be helping me find the right deals. I would have never know I wanted anything else from this store without her help. If you had a Diane there every day I’d probably buy less from Amazon.

Wow is all I have to say...2.50$ to even get help to print one sheet of paper is what I was told ... I would rather drive to the seguin store where they at least help you vs point you to the printer ..how disgusting this store is...

Horrible experience at the print shop. Was having items made for a funeral service. Took two days and several calls to get a 1 page two sided sheet of paper completed. The print shop lacks compassion and follow thru on jobs. The experience emotionally impacted my wife who just lost her mother and added a lot of unnecessary stress. I am done with Office Depot for my needs after using them the last 15 years.

I have been in to the store many times and used the printing department for my personal business needs. I went in this weekend again. I was blown away by the attention to detail and desire to truly help me with what I needed done this time. It went above and beyond their normal duties to help center, fold and cut for my project. Truly grateful 🙏 Ty is a rockstar.

Worst spot to get a copy ! No communication with customers waiting in line , then have that sales person tell me that they are not serving anyone else because they are over flooded with jobs after waiting in line after I

Greg was asked to help speed up the process in the printing department and jumped in and serviced three clients that had been waiting way too long.
He is always respectful and knows what he is doing. You are lucky to have him

Other locations told me they couldn’t do a printing job the way an OD location had in the past. The New Braunfels location did. I always have great service here!!

I went in to use their USPS shipping service, only to be told that their system has been down for 6 months?! Who is running this place? Worst Office Depot I've been to in a long time.

Long Wait in line Ask them if they could print out two labels for me. Was told they wanted to charge me an extra 25% to expedite printing two pieces of paper employees seem to be bothered when you asked them questions only one self-service machine
