Placed a online order Sunday Night December 26th. Received no receipt so attempted to call. The phone rang and rang and rang. After an hour I called again and as I called I decided to drive over there to see if my order went through. I was on hold the whole way over on the phone in my truck. I walked in the location which seemed to have plenty staffing and asked the girl at the front why they were not answering the phone. She said I was calling the wrong number but the number I got was off of their google listing. I then asked if my order came through hoping it would be ready and she said it had but it was going to be another 50 minutes. 2 hours and 20 minutes for a pizza. I will from now on order Papa Murphys and cook it myself at home. This was the worst experience ever.

I'm at the new shop on walnut and county line. Plan on adding an extra hour to whatever time the app on line tells you. Not sure how they normally are. But things are not in synch tonight. Recommend going somewhere else right now. Happy Halloween. Guess they have the tricks

We ordered online and left a tip for the driver - after 90 minutes we tried to call the location many times and the number would not go through. We finally did get through and the employee said it was a carry out order. Why would you tip on a carryout? He confirmed it had a tip on the order and that our food had been there for over 90 minutes. He was absolutely rude and offered no discounts or anything- we canceled the order and will not be ordering from this location again. I Do Not Recommend this location!

Takes forever to get pizza and I'm 2.5mi away. It sat for a half hour till they finally got a driver to deliver to my house and pizza showed up practically cold. Will no longer be ordering from Papa John's in this area.

Order your pizza from somewhere else they're going to help the DoorDash people before they help the human that came into the store to order their own pizza

In early March, the new location had just opened. I was a little disappointed as part of my order was missing and one of the pizza's I ordered online didn't come out the way we wanted. However the General Manager, Jared Hale, reached out to me and gave me a voucher to fix the issue. I reordered again to use the voucher and everything was done correctly. The staff even gave us a water bottle! We have ordered from there since and will keep going back. A couple minor mistakes and they completely made up for it. The customer service was great. Super impressed with the new location! We will continue to use them.

Worst pizza location inTexas. I must say first that I have no problem wearing a mask if asked or required. Period. I got screamed at about my mask, even though the mandate has been lifted. I also had to go get change because they couldn't break a 50. When I returned I was dressed down again by this Troll. This location is now on County Line and this was my first and last time here. I have no problem wearing a mask if it's asked of me, but this woman came at me like I was her 5 year old. Then grumbled under breath and walked off leaving me standing there. So I cancelled my order and left. A lesser man would have paid for the pie and upon receiving it, opened the box and dumped it toppings down on the floor. But this lady would have just made someone else clean it up. I'll eat frozen pizza from dollar general before I give that place one cent of mine.

I finally found a pizza combo I loved. I didn't mind paying extra to make it happen. It's the double cheeseburger with pineapple and stuff crust. I've had it several times and it was well worth the extra, but now they've removed the option? What? They can do it on other pizzas, but not this one...okay I'll add the sauce to a stuff crust version, nope. Seriously?Ordered the regular nonstuff crust and I'm not sure if they baked it so long the sauce concentrated into oblivion or they didn't bother to put any. Disappointed, the delivery person was nice at least.

So I've been watching to commercials for these new papadia and decided I should try it. First of all I gave them a time I would pick it up. It looks like they made it 45 min before i picked it up. Dry and hard. One of them was supposed to have extra cheese. It don't even look like it had cheese. Meatball, pepperoni. I should have saved my money and just went to bed when I got off. So if u watch the commercial thinking that's what your going to get, your not. Order something else from somewhere else and if u order it to be picked up later, just wait till later and order or it will be old and gross. I guess you live and learn. I learned.

It's been a while since I have been able to eat a pizza here. And even though they did not get my order correct, the manager was very willing to make it up to me by having a voucher mailed to me to cover the cost of my next pizza.

Put in an online order. Everything went well, arrived when the app said my pizza was ready. Picked it up easily and enjoyed eating the pizza!?

They red line which is illegal. We are less than three miles away and they will not deliver here because it is the "bad" side of town.
