This place kills baby animals. Spiders, birds, hamsters, you name it! Any unwanted pregnancy is a no go! Incompetent managers who constantly have their best employees quit. Go to Petco. Go literally anywhere else. This place is a disgusting example of a place of work and business.

Made appointment for my shi tzu for full groom, bath , cut , nails, etc . Drove 20 miles, 10 min early, had shot records. But seems they over booked the appointment, had 6 dogs at same time so kept coming up with reasons for me to come back a different day . Won't ever use Petsmart ever again!

I wanted to thank the Store Manager Hector, Asst. Manager Mark and associate Catlyn for trying to help us through a difficult situation. If you purchase a service online from another city and you need to refund the service like (Dog Training) PetSmart will try and make you go into the store for the refund even if it was an online purchase or your 5 miles away one way. We were instructed to go into out Local store where the Manager and assistant Manager were rude, difficult and refused to assist. We've been passed around from online departments to service ro corporate and the problem has not been resolved. I don't fault the store and the associates listed about have been great. I would not recommend purchasing an online service in another city as a gift to avoid this headache and ridiculous protocol.

I had to go to PetSmart for a replacement flap for the doggie door. I had the page pulled up for a price match but everyone knows that internet access in Creekside is just poor. While I’m trying to pull it up again, Oliver stopped to ask if he could help me and after explaining what he pulled it up for me and allowed me to take a picture of it. Thank you so much, Oliver, for helping and saving me money.
Now, Brandon…he was working the third register because there were so many in line. Brandon is the sweetest and amazing young man. He brings a smile to my face and just makes me happy whenever he’s working. He is such a blessing.

The worker who helped me look at the black nerite snails to buy made sure to check if each was alive or dead, so I wouldn't be wasting money. I greatly appreciate that, thank you!

The lady who apparently only helps in the fish department was to busy on the phone assisting a complaining customer from doordash while working at pet smart.how can you be on the company clock for two separate companies??? Horrible customer service

Called to see if they had any live crickets available before I drove 20 minutes to get some. Was asked to wait for a brief hold and decided to drive over anyways. That brief hold was 16+ minutes with terrible hold music. Would not recommend calling this store even if it is a simple question.
