Ladies go see Jordan she's approachable i promise🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 All the ladies there are amazingly friendly and know what their doing. I moved back from Fort Worth and finding my new lash, hair ,and nail salons is always a struggle. I've tried expensive salons but cannot afford that but once a year. FYI there's a color specialist there@RUBY!!!! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE AMAZING!!!!! Kudos 👏👏👏👏👏

Woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I have an autistic kid and she stated at him and rolled her eyes when he became confused about his haircut. We will never go back.

Ruby blended my colored hair with my natural silver/grey hair, which is growing in. She did a splendid job. She used highlights that matched my natural color, leaving strands of the colored hair. The results is a softly blended look. As my hair grows, it will not need highlighting again. I'm happy, and my husband quite complimentary.

I have been coming a number of years to Premier getting fair to average haircuts from different stylists. Finally I found one who gave a good haircut, Cami. I called today to make sure she was working. When I arrived I was told she was finishing lunch and would be done soon and one person was ahead of me. That sounded like about a 30 minute wait. I could handle that. After an hour wait I asked the manager how much longer. The manager had a bad attitude and said people called ahead and were put ahead of me. I had called ahead and the manager did not ask if I wanted to be on “the list.” Cami overheard and said she would be with me in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I left. So after 1:45 I had no haircut, no apology, no “thanks for waiting we appreciate your business.” Management and staff do not treat customers with courtesy or respect. This is the last day of my being a loyal customer of Premier Cuts.

Autumn did a great job on my bald head 🤣 she knows how to cut the hair to keep it from standing like Albert Einstein on the sides. Thank you and will stop in the next time we are in the area.

Horrible experience my toddler Wasn’t even moving got entertained on airplane and the lady (Lily) did it horrible job her hands were shaking and didn’t even now what she was doing and blame my kid fr crying and moving !!!!! The box line was all crooked Manager try to fix. But look the same

I've been coming here to see Jordyn for the last almost 2 years. Best haircut in the area I've had, best price for the best haircut. Jordyn also gave our child their first haircut, and did so with finesse and pose that I was taken back. A true pro, no matter the age. Go and ask for Jordyn!
